Nice hotel, good location, near Piño Suarez metro station, grocery's shops nearby.

You can not open windows. So get fresh air into room it's impossible

The room was very small, with very little space to move around. There's not much space for storage either. Bathroom water leaked from under the door when the shower was on. Beds were not hooked against the wall and they move with the slighted movement. Front staff was not very helpful either. We were an hour earlier and were not allowed to check in earlier. Breakfast served was okay, not many options to choose from..

The staff were wonderful and welcoming and facilitated a slight schedule change. The amenities were good and location was close to most historical sites.

The hotel and staff were amazing but the location was on a main street and protests were ongoing which woke us up several times. This is of course out of the control of the hotel

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. They worked very hard to make sure that the food, coffee and service were exceptional. I don't remember their names but they were there during breakfast most of the weekdays. And the evening staff were so helpful also.

We stayed for 5 nights. I just wanted a few drawers for clothes so I didn't have to use the chair for them.

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The staff and facilities here unfortunately were a disappointment. On 2 seperate occasions we had had asked for the room to be cleaned and hung sign on door and after being out all day to arrive back at the room at 5pm after being out all day to find the room not serviced is not acceptable. When asking reception they don’t seem to pass the request on to housekeeping or seem to take on board the request. On one occasion we informed reception went back out again for a hour and came back to find it still not serviced so we gave up after that.One morning no hot water in shower at 4.30am again told reception no apology they didn’t seem to care. We paid the extra for the breakfast and to be honest it’s not worth it for what is offered, stale baguettes, and the staff don’t explain that it’s possible to get eggs cooked from the kitchen maybe putting a menu on the table explaining that there is a buffet but for fried eggs or omelettes to ask the wait staff and order these fresh as these are also included in the price. The service is non existent and then they expect a tip.Overall a very disappointing Novotel experience especially for the price being paid have stayed in much nicer accomodation throughout Mexico with much better service at a much better price point.

Location- more industrial, required taxi/uber to get to most places, no nice restaurants/ coffee aroundMy room was not worth the money, I didn’t have window. There was no enough wardrobe space or hangers either.

The staff is superb and marvellous to help and support in all situation. Such human behaviour is truest appreciated.

1) Space shall be there to keep the suitcase.2) Closed cupboard must be provided.3) Room slippers must be provided.

The floor of the reception upon arrival was unswept and untidy. My room was also not swept the day after, although the bed was made and bathroom cleaned

The restroom in the room does not provide enough privacy. Needs a real door.

Lovely staff, stylish decor, clean and new

The room was cramped. There was nowhere to put suitcases without blocking walkways.There was a small table, but no work desk and the light switches were impossible to find and distinguish between all the switches, meaning you had to turn mutltiple lights on or off numerous times until you found the correct switch.

Very friendly staff, comfortable location, rooms are modern, new, very clean and comfortable.

Location was perfect, walking distance to the center and around a lot of stores and restaurants

Rooms on road facing side do have some traffic noise issues
