    Cons -

    • The bed was a bit firm.
    • Location was horrible, nightclub located across the street, opened everynight we were there, Thu to Mon. Construction in the street, car unpassable. Very dusty walking on the street.
    • The hotel was across the road from 3 karaoke bars that ran until 4-5am. At closing time the taxis and Ubers honked their horns, and the bar patrons spilled into the street cackling and yelling

It’s in the center of zona Rosa . Location is perfect if you’re looking for Zona Rosa party vibes.

Nothing to complain about the property per se but breakfast was very underwhelming and the road construction was an eyesore.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Loud. Bars nearby play loud music until 3 am. Good luck trying to sleep.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doorman helped us with our luggage and gave us an overview of everything in the room. There was even a personalized letter thanking us for our stay which was a nice touch. The location was very walkable and the metro was only a few minutes from the hotel as well. Mini marts, bars and restaurants were abundant. Centrally located to all the main attractions .

The restaurant where breakfast was served was extremely cold and we needed a jacket every day. The service in the restaurant was inconsistent.

Very friendly staff! Clean rooms, well appointed, very comfortable.

Very noisy bar across the street. Bring earplugs!

    9DavidPosted on: 2-11-2026

The only complaint is the noise from local clubs, which was resolved with hotel provided ear plugs. The manager said the have quieter rooms in a different section of the hotel. So that is something to ask for when you make a reservation. The place was SPOTLESS and the bed very comfortable.

The included breakfast had small portions, but I didn't mind it at all. There are so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and you get to try different options. Breakfast is good enough to tie you over till next brunch/coffee snacks. Rooms are clean and spacious.

There is construction going on on the street in front of the hotel, but it wasn't much of a nuisance, honestly. Just a small and temporary con. Uber access is less than a minute walk from the hotel's entrance, so its fine.

We stayed at Amberes 64 in Mexico City for six nights. The hotel is conveniently located for day trip pickups and in a safe neighborhood. The room was quite large with a small sofa and a table and chairs, a kitchenette and lots of storage. The room was also very updated and had large windows. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly. They included breakfast, which had lots of variety and was a buffet on weekends with wonderful service. We would highly recommend it. One morning we left the hotel and were not sure if we had locked the safe. We returned about 15 minutes later. Housekeeping was already in the room with a supervisor standing at the door since the safe was wide open. Of course nothing was missing but it certainly inspired trust to know that the housekeeper had called the supervisor and she was there to oversee the room service with open safe. Very impressive!

The only concern is that on weekends the clubs across the street can be loud. Bring earplugs.

Centrally located, easy to get around and explore Mexico City. Very clean room, spacious and bathroom was spotless. The staff were very nice and Saul was so sweet for helping us carry our luggage.

This is out of their control but the street in front is under construction and it’s very dusty outside. Clubs downstairs might be loud sometimes on weekends

Place was. Clean and service was great

Big time construction in front of hotel, so bad that we were not able to park.Noise was horrible and missed out on most sleep.

    8LindaPosted on: 2-1-2026

Modern clean. Great shower. Nice to have balcony

The nightclubs across the street do very loud til 4 am. Front street under construction. Made it hard to connect with drives as to pick up sport. Dragging suitcases a pain

Very clean property and the staff was amazing

I’m a little tiny stairwells to get to the room to go up and down

    9RodicaPosted on: 1-28-2026

Great location, very clean, great staff, breakfast included

Our room with balcony was very noisy at night as the hotel is across the street from several bars / clubs. We asked to change rooms to the back of the hotel and it was much better. Very good

    8ThomasPosted on: 1-26-2026

    Lovely hotel, Very clean.

Noise from the night club opposite, until 5/6 am. If the windows in the rooms where sound proof and double glazed it would negate the issue. We did sleep but had to use earplugs.

    8SamiyaPosted on: 1-25-2026

The staff was lovely. We were checked in at night and Saul and the lovely person checking us in were so sweet and warm (night staff). The room was lovely. Spacious and clean. Great shower! Breakfast was enough. Not too many options but good enough to get you started. The housekeeping needs to be improved, although it was good and the towels and bed were made everyday the floor is not cleaned, and that is a basic that goes with housekeeping. We were lucky to be on the 6th floor but the music from the streets is very loud, so be aware of this while booking. There the road work right outside the hotel but didn't bother us..The doorman was so lovely and helpful as well! Forgot his name! Overall it was good :)

Great location. 3 minute walk to Insurgentes Metro station, and walkable to many prominent areas of the city.

I wish my room was further back on property, or faced the back. The street is very lively Fri-Sunday from the bars and clubs, and the noise continues to 3am onward. The other nights were quiet and peaceful so if you’re staying mid week you won’t have any noise disturbances. If you’re dining in with the complimentary breakfast, request an English menu if you’re a non Spanish speaker.
