Pros +
- Staff was very professional and helpful.
- Location close to center.
Cons -
- The windows did a very poor job of blocking out sound from outdoors, including a very loud concert nearby until 10 PM at night and apparently people working out and chanting in unison at 6:17 AM the next morningoutside our hotel??
- Staff Room was old and dated. Shower not functioning. First night no cold water and could not shower with hot water. Next night no water pressure for hot and cold water rotating knob fell off. No ventilation or A/C. Did not know until after booking.
