Very modern design, great location and has the sense of luxury. Stuff always willing to help.

Rooms are small and not practical. Toilets do not have door that completely closes it’s a bit weird. Breakfast very very basic compared on what you are paying. Also rooms are dark no natural light.

We arrived in Mexico City for the Dia De Los Muertos festivities. We were originally booked at another hotel, which we were displeased with after the first night. I got on Booking.com and sought out other accommodations. I was worried that we would not find a place to stay due to the events in the city. I found Volga. I am so glad that we did. The hotel is amazing. Breakfast is a fabulous way to start your day. Just one block off the Avenida de La Reforma, So many restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel bar is a great place to wind up a long day. Excellent cocktails.The staff is very attentive and pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Housekeeping was impeccable.

The switcher of tap water is super difficult to switch on or off. It broke twice when I stayed. Not knowing why they design to switch on or off 45 degree angle instead of up and down or right and left.

The suite was Amazing. I do think they should offer make-up wipes like most properties do since they over-emphasize having to pay if you stain their high quality towels or comforters.

We arrived early and maybe the guy checking us in was just tired, but the checkin process was sub par. We asked to borrow towels for an excursions & was told we weren’t allowed to which sucked but we just purchased our own.

We like the design.

It was so noisy. We could hear everything from the hallways or neighbors above us. There is no sound proof at all. Woke up every night when someone was talking next to the elevator. Also they wanted to charge for a make up on the towel? So confusing?

Staff is very responsive and food is good.

Breakfast can be improved with more options

Location was near everything we had planned. Surrounded by food. The hotel was quiet, great ambiance, free breakfast, peaceful rooftop and speakeasy was full of energy and great drinks. The greenery all over was beautiful. And the room itself was lovely and comfortable.

I loved the cool and trendy atmosphere of the place, set in an artistic and beautifully designed building. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending great spots for dinner. Both the downstairs bar and the rooftop are perfect for enjoying a cocktail in a relaxed setting. Breakfast was also delicious, a great way to start the day.

If I had to mention one detail, the room felt a little dark as the windows opened onto an inner patio, but this wasn’t an issue for us and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

The room was beautiful. And the lobby was DOPE!!!! It was nice to have a refrigerator with cold beverages upon arrival. We appreciated the attendant who came by each day to refill our water supply! The robes were very cozy. The bath/shower products smelled great. The toilet paper was pretty and unique! The roof pool was so special and a great reprieve at the end of a day of walking and exploring. The cocktails on the roof and the service were great as well. The breakfast was yummy - we loved the fresh jam and toast. The yogurt and granola with fruit were delicious. It was special to get different flavors of jam and different types of fruit each morning. Great hotel!

The step up to the bed/ down to the bathroom caused quite a few stubbed toes :(. We started with big fluffy towels but when the room was refreshed the towels were different and small. There was a party on Friday night that was loud until 4am.

The staff, the rooftop, the vibes in the common spaces

We had multiple issues arise within our room and management wasn’t very attentive to these issues near the end of our trip - especially letting them know we were celebrating a very special occasion too

It is a beautifully designed space with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and everything feels new and impeccably clean. The rooms are dark in terms of natural light, but the bathrooms are well-lit for getting ready and there are many mirrors. The shower is gigantic, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the soundproofing seems to be great, we barely heard any noise from the lobby or rooftop. The rooftop is gorgeous and has a swimming lane pool. They have a limited gym but all the equipment is new and well laid out. The location is also very walkable. We really enjoyed staying here. There is a concierge when you check in who offers to help making reservations and book tours and we wish we had utilized him more.

The shower only has a waterfall showerhead (a handheld option would have been better). The rooftop pool closes early at 6 PM. Breakfast is delicious and included but is served in the main lobby. It would have been nice to have the option to have it on the rooftop in the mornings.

Very stylish hotel at a great location. Nice rooftop terrace with a tiny pool. A lot of interesting spots in walking distance and a nice and safe neighborhood. Friendly staff.

The room faced the inner courtyard tube of the hotel and was quite dark, not much sunlight got in.

The location is great, the interior design is very cool and luxurious. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The beds are superb for sleep!

The hotel's design is stunning. While quite small, the rooms are very comfortable. The amenties are outstanding and the included breakfast is done well.

The hotel had no water in the bathroom or showers for half a day due to a leak. The staff did little to compensate for this seemingly lack of a basic human necessity. The wifi speed and reliability was atrocious. I had better internet connectivity via my phone.
