Hotel Parque España

This hotel has a great location, staff was very friendly, room was large (sleeping area, sitting area, indoor "balcony").

No air-conditioning, and the provided fan was really loud. Bathroom is tiny. Couches were not particularly comfortable.

The hotel is a beautifully restored modern building situated in the heart of Mexico City's tourism district. My wife and I stayed in a simple room, but the experience was elevated by the exceptional staff. They were respectful and eager to offer suggestions on how we could make the most of both the hotel and the surrounding city. This is definitely a place we would return to, no matter the season.

We were unable to access a hot beverage or a method to prepare hot tea. It would be helpful to have options available for making hot drinks in the future.

Clean, nice, well maintained hotel. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The location was great near the parks and felt very safe. The price was affordable (especially to get the penthouse with the jacuzzi) and was worth every dollar spent

It was noisy, thin walls and loud when other people staying there were walking around and using the stairs.

The historic build was beautiful and the staff very friendly.

The shower doors do not close all the way, water leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was a water leak near the toilet as well. The room is tiny. There was no coffee machine or coffee available in the room. There is no food on site or restaurant open. All the restaurants/ bar in the building appear closed.

Beautiful stay in a great and walkable location. The front desk folks were super helpful and patient. The "pent house" rooms are very beautiful and worth while.

The hotel was close to everything. The room was spacious, quirky, and clean. Bed comfortable. Big windows of the city, with a balcony, was nice.

The in-room hot tub was never used because it was much smaller than it seemed in pictures. Barely room for one adult. The curtains didn't close over the windows easily, so it was bright as soon as the sun came up. The room didn't have its own temp control so it was either freezing or very hot, rarely in the middle. The bathroom had a bad smell too. The Mezcal bar on the bottom floor wasn't actually a thing, so no way to linger or enjoy the location.

Clean and great area to stay at in the middle of everything and close to so many attractions. The receptionist Francisco was so friendly and helpful made us feel very welcomed and helped us with many things we needed during our stay and even provided us with a little going away gift more me and my friends. He also greeted us with a nice little gift. It was my brother in laws birthday and when I asked them if they could set up something nice they decorated his whole room with flowers, cake, sparkling candles, balloons and HBD banner by the time we got back from dinner (:

the 1st room we were assigned had no windows, had an opening to the inside of the hotel. The staff was kind enough to move us to another room that had windows which was an improvement since our stay was for 4 nights total. The staff was exceptional, very kind, helpful and we appreciated them very much. This hotel did have better, upgraded rooms that we weren't aware of when we made our reservations. Hotel is clean. With the location of a coffee/breakfast/lunch restaurant next door, made if very convenient for us to get breakfast. The restaurant and the employees were fantastic.

The hotel is very elegant and clean. The manager was very accommodating with the early check in. The check is was a breeze. Friendly and welcoming staff. Da unities top notch.

The balcony light was on all the time. No black out curtains. Could not sleep. No USB connection. WiFi not as accessible. QR code is great; however, not all phones have such capability. Written password as option please.

Great location right in the lovely Condesa/Roma neighborhood with easy access to get around the city. The hotel itself is just fabulous, very comfortable and spacious room with a nice look and style. The staff were all very nice and accommodating to our needs. I can't believe we got such a nice hotel for such a low price!

The coffee in the morning is just okay but for my fellow coffee snobs out there they have a very nice cafe right outside the door.

Good location, friendly staff

The room hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in. The room was supposed to have a fan, which it didn’t and the room is VERY hot (summer weather). I asked the hotel staff to please get me a fan as I couldn’t be in the room it was so hot. They finally did get me a fan, but it sat at floor level so didn’t really make a difference. I couldn’t sleep.
