Friendly, helpful staff.

Toilet never flushed properly, bathroom sink cabinet made of wood rotting at the base. No clean towels or beds not made on Sunday.

Location is very convenient to all tourist areas. Although hotel might look a bit old, on the outside, rooms aren't.

I didn't like the fact that rooms don't have air conditioning. Was very uncomfortable at least for me. Not totally a deal breaker but be ready to just have a fan to cool off

Location was good front desk and housekeeper were friendly.

This is NOT a 5 start hotel. There was no A/C and no art on the walls. It is very old and there was stucco falling and dents on the wall. Shower was awful. This is a 2 star hotel at most.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Admittedly phenomenal price for this location.

The "hotel" is basically a super old building off Reforma. The room itself is even older and clearly hasn't been renovated in ages. Stains on the only two towels they give you (and then also on the replacements), broken door handles, sad furniture. No AC or heating, had to keep the radiator on 24/7. Yes it's very cheap, but frankly they should pay you to stay here.

The location is perfect and in the room it is very quiet.

Kitchen facilities need more maintenance.

The only thing good about this property is the location.

The cleanliness was alarming. During my stay, I encountered sheets with what appeared to be fresh blood from previous guests — clear evidence that linens were not being inspected or replaced. Housekeeping did not provide fresh sheets, fresh towels, or any replacement cleaning supplies. They also did not restock water or provide any basic amenities you would expect from a properly maintained property.Service was equally poor. Staff were unwelcoming from the moment I arrived, unhelpful throughout the stay, and inaccurate about charges. Common areas were dusty and poorly maintained, and nothing about the experience reflected care or professionalism.Unless you absolutely must stay on this specific street, I strongly recommend choosing a different property.

The area it was in, very walkable and safe, 1 block away from the Angel of Independence & Reforma

There were cockroaches, the fridge wasn’t working, dirty sheets stained with yellow fluids, the balcony railing was super low and unsafe, there was no tv remote for living room & when i went down to lobby i was given incorrect one. Slow elevators.

The location is good

When I arrived at 11pm they told me that they had a problem with my room and that they had booked another room in another hotel close by. The hotel where I was sent was of a lower quality, in a busy intersection and didn't had any facility mentioned. They never sent me a message in advanced to let me know of this. I had to walk to the other hotel on my own carrying my luggage. They charge me the same price and now I am fighting to get a refund.

this is located 2and 1/2 from the angels monument on paseo reforma, a major land mark in mexico citylots of restaurants from $-$$$ and yummy street food good access everywhere and safe

both tv sets, bedroom and living room did not work

The facility of the room is appalling. For 120 AUD a night, you can stay in a much nicer place elsewhere in Mexico city. The picture of the place is very deceiving. Don't book it.

Location was the only good part about it

Hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on… my back still hurts from the 3 nights I slept there. Management gave me a very dirty blanket to use but it didn’t help. Very cold room due to a broken window (cold air leaked in). Heater helped a little bit but it was still cold at night and got me sick. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Bathroom flooded ever time I took a shower. Cleaning lady took away the dirty towels but failed to replace them. I couldn’t believe it. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

THE LOCATION IS PRIME, 2 BLOCKS FROM THE ANGELS BUILDING ON PASEO REFORMA, VERY CLOSE TO COLONIA ROMA, CHAPULTEPEC, CENTRO HISTORICO, ETC. LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AND FANCY HOTELS AND AFFORDABLE STREET FOOD. VERY SAFE

THAT THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THAT HE WAS NOT HONORING BOOKING .COM IN HOLDING MY ROOM AND HE WAS GOING TO GIVE IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE AND I TOLD THEM TO HOLD IT BUT HE CHARGED ME MORE THAN AGREED THRU BOOKING, VERY WEAK SIGN AND THE BUILDING LOOKS TACKY AND UN MANTAINED FROM THE OUTSIDE

Location is great. The room is spacious and has a kitchen which was excellent for us. Building is old but well maintained.

- awful dirty and not taken care of- no option to have fresh air without mosquitos- especially the bathroom was pretty bad- used up furniture

There is no air conditioning. Dirty bed linens, Floor is dusty, Safe doesn't operate.

Very cozy apartment. It was clean and spacious. The location is great, close to the main city's landmarks. Overall, it is good value. Recommended!

If I had to say something, maybe the furniture is a bit worn out. You can hear everything from the hallway, especially the noisy elevator. Luckily, there were not a lot of people walking by at night time. Finally, the cleaning people left the windows open, which allowed many mosquitoes to get in.
