Hotel Fontan Reforma

Pros +

• Great location and overall good hotel as far as cleanliness and amenities.
• The location and the taxi personnel outside
• Nothing

Cons -

• I indicated that we were two adults and two teens; this was indicated in the room selected etc. However, upon getting to the hotel, the hotel noted that the room was only reserved for two people and charged a large fee for both nights for the two minors.
• Only one or 2 bell boys were really nice. The other ones weren¿t. Rooms needs to be more cleaned. There was a drainage smell in the room all the time !
• The mattress was too hard windows are not doubled so it feels like u sleeping in the street They were doing construction on the next room plus wall were paper thin so when the next room got occupied I heard all their conversations when they checkedin
