Great location, so many attractions in walking distance, close to airport and bus terminal as well. Staff is courteous and willing to help.

First room smelled horrible and mold was in the ceiling and bath, got a new room second day which was significantly better. Towels and linens were overused, rough and stained. No sound proof window, can't escape sound of traffic all night

Location of this hotel is wonderful. Very centric, close to many great restaurants and easy for u er or taxi pick up.

Noise, people loud on their balconies until 4 AMSlamming doors in the hallways throughout the night. Multiple peoplesmoking directly outside the entry to the lobby.

The hotel is well located. The space is sufficient for two people, with a great use of space.

The bathroom sink wasn’t draining; this was reported to the receptionist immediately, but nothing was done. The sheets had some stains. The room was okay, but it could have been cleaner.

We were on the inner wing where a very loud ventilation system ran all night. We could not open our window and also sleep. They use a very strong smelling cleaning solution so we had to leave the window open during the day and close it at night.

Okay stay for a night. Located in a very good area. Airport pick up was handy when checking in after midnight.

The location was fantastic. Close to the public transport, the plazas, key features. Was very easy to navigate to everywhere that I wanted to go. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. No frills and I was very happy with it.

The location to get to the Historic Center.

The hotel is extremely noisy. You can clearly hear the sound of luggage being moved and the cleaning staff use radios to communicate at a super high volume. The rooms are not isolated, and you can hear everything from the hallway. There is no carpet in the hallways to absorb the noise from luggage or footsteps. If you are traveling with a baby, it is not recommended due to the reasons mentioned above.

The location is great, the housekeeping was so nice. I just used the room to sleep and take showers.

There was black mold beginning to grow on the doors of the bathroom.

The hotel was super centric! Close by to the zocalo and all the main buildings.

Room too small, just to spend the night. Also the bathroom was quite small. I felt a bit enclosed.
