The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Special mention to Julio, a staff member who assisted us at all times. Also cleaning staff was super efficient.

We arrived early in the morning and were given a room that wasn’t the one we had booked, as we had requested a king-size bed. However, the next day they resolved the issue, but only because we brought it up. The facilities are a bit run-down. You can see some renovation efforts, but it seems to be just a fresh coat of paint.

The staff was very courteous and friendly, our room was very neat and tidy. Great location, there’s a very nice taxi driver named Erik, he stands inside and out of the hotel, if you need a ride anywhere he is very prompt, has a spacious and clean car is patient, has great conversation and is very knowledgeable and his rates are very reasonable, its walking distance to Oxxos, farmacias, restaurants and main streets, would definitely recommend.

The air conditioning didn’t work that great and our room kept getting overly warm.

The bed are awful supper uncomfortable hard, the bathroom where extremely small the air conditioning was not working at full potential. I checked out in the morning and notice I left my makeup bag in the closet I called the same day to report it in the evening and they told me nothing was reported that they would look iinto it nothing was done called the next few days to followup and nothing, spoke to the manager Raul Ramirez and nothing the stayed/stole my MAC eyeshows brunches lipstick creams make up bag. Is not the content but the principle of the action! I had 2 room Reservation for my family of 6.

Location was good, but staff was great, enjoyed our stay! Location is great because it's in the middle of things you'd want to go to, if you're okay with walking a lot!

First night we were at the front of the hotel, this was a bit noisy and we could smell exhaust fumes throughout. We moved after one night, after that it was a lot better.

The room was spacious and renovated very simply not for a 4 star hotel especially the cheap curtains!and the king size bed was good but hard They gave us a high floor and a view for my room I appreciate this from the front desk.Markos at the restaurant was good and friendly and we liked the dishes he cooked at breakfast Without his dishes we couldn't find anything to eat at breakfast Which is the same menu without any changes The location is good but I realize I need to rent cars to go to nearby attractions Maybe it's better to book in downtown

Breakfast was surcharge! 11$/person which cost me 22$ for 2 person While it was mentioned in my booking its 7 $. /person I told the restaurant and the reception desk but they didn't have a lesson !I don't like the bath room without any means of ventilators and the water is very slow from the bath fixture There are no coffee makers or Fridges at room Towels aren't clean enough and do not always change them and need to be more For Tv smal and there are not enough international channelsThe price is good but I feel that is not equal to what I got for a 4 star hotel The same hotels have less prices

It’s falsely advertised with air con, it’s just a fan which is very weak so the room was hot. The beds were very hard.
