- Location and friendly staff.
- Location is walking distance from Zocalo and Palacio de Bellas Artes and other main attractions. There is heavy police presence so tourists feel safe to walk the Historic District.
Cons -
- The toilet didn¿t work in our room and we weren¿t offered another room. Also the beds are extremely firm and made sleeping very difficult.
- The room was small and some of the outlets did not work. The bathroom was also very small and inconvenient if someone is showering.
