I couldn't lower the temperature of air conditioner

I loved my stay at the Hotel MX forum Buenavista CDMX, Trademark by Wyndham. The hotel is very well located, the staff was friendly and attentive at all times, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The breakfast was also very good and convenient to start the day.

Honestly, everything was very good. As a small suggestion, they could expand the breakfast options a bit.

The location is absolutely perfect. You have easy access to the metrobus, metro and even can call a taxi. The breakfast options are okay overall

The smell is quite strong. We had a room assigned initially an the smell of paint was unbearable. The staff was very helpful and we got another one. This one didn’t smell like paint but the cleaning products were strong. Maybe it’s not a issue for most people but it was for me, someone who has a short tolerance to strong smells.Also there’s no parking bay. We called taxis and Ubers a couple of times and there’s no designated pickup area, you have to sort out the incoming traffic and pedestrians

The place was clean, quiet, and we had a good night's rest. The breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again.

The location is very convenient

The beds are very old and hard very uncomfortable, the carpet is very dirty.

Hotel itself is ok

Rooms with no windows and no AC, we had to leave and find a different hotel as it was not possible to sleep in such a hot and stuffy room.

Stayed at this hotel in the heart of Mexico City—just a 2–3-minute walk from the train and the mall, super convenient! Check-in was easy even at 11 PM after my 30-hour flight since the reception is open 24/7. Tip: if you arrive on a Sunday, they could exchange some USD to pesos beforehand as most shops are closed.

My room was big for one person, but a bit dark definitely could use better lighting. It would have been nice to have slippers, a bathrobe, or a kettle in the room. No AC, and the small window doesn’t really let in fresh air because it faces a closed courtyard. Breakfast was okay, but a bit slow on Sunday mornings since staff serve the hot food instead of self-service. Overall, great location and convenient 24/7 service, but room amenities and breakfast could use some improvements.

The ilumination on the room was terrible. It felt gloomy. The mini fridge did not work. The bed was comfy, but the rest of the furniture was uncomfortable. There was a weird smsll coming out from the bathroom

Will dispute the charges with credit card company

The room I reserved was small no windows no air conditioner, they lend us a fan and wasn’t working, they sent me a message the first day before checking in to let me know about the AC not working. The front desk staff very unprofessional not help at all. I don’t recommend this hotel. I have to reserve another hotel the same night.

The location is excellent. Close to train, bus and a mall.

There were some noises like machines or knocking noises all day and night, not sure where they came from.The external sides of toilet were dirty since we checked in and after spending two nights was never cleaned properly.
