El personal muy amable y atento

Estuvimos 2 días sin aire acondicionado y con mosquitos en la habitación. Reportamos el aire acondicionado en varias ocasiones y no nos brindaron ninguna solución. Además para andar en Uber o carro el lugar es complicado

Great location close to centro but not too close. Very quiet and cozy. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Staff is amazing. Great value!

Everything from the staff, room, location, and restaurant service, room service was excellent. Much better than expected. Also the staff or some of them speak English. Mexican hotel are known for being underwhelming but this was a nice surprise.

Honestly nothing I can think of. The beds might be a bit firm for most but I actually prefer a firm bed and slept like a baby here as it¿s very quiet. There¿s a gym and bar here but I didn¿t visit them.

Everything . Personal very friendly. Excelent rooms , very good breakfast. Great gym.

The room was big, new, and very clean.

The location is excellent near Zocalo and public transportation. We used the metro station Pino Suarez. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent.

The neighborhood is not that great If you are looking for more of an upscale place but the location is close to the Metro and very walkable mattresses are hard and not very comfy pillows are great tho

Friendly stuff, great value.

The water doesn't go down to the sink immediately. There is a bit of blockage it seems but doesn't impact my stay.

Checked in late and provided us with the requested rooms. Location is a bit rough looking, but it's about 15 min walk to the square. Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was the highlight. Great staff at the restaurant.

They were not generous with towel requests. When we asked for extra or refreshed towels, the night reception concierge lied about running out of towels. Then again in the morning, the concierge repeated this lie. But, we happened to glance at the maintenance closet and saw no shortage of towels.

Clean, tidy, with modern fittings and everything you need for a one-night stay.

View from the room was just a roof.

Everything was great, starting form fast internet connection, through the view from the terrace, tasty breakfast and finally super nice and helpful personnel.

The hotel is really close to the city center. Beautiful room and very quiet inside, diverse breakfasts.

No smoking area or ashtray outside the hotel.

Perfect location to discover historical center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was very clear and good size, comfortable bed. Restaurant is good and foods are delicious.

WiFi connection was weak in the room, sometimes we couldn’t even connect.Breakfast was good but could be various.

Lovely topfloor bar.Location - fab for getting to airport and Chapultepec and near Zócalo.

The location was good, at a central point. Staff was very nice and professional. We ate breakfast there, very yummy. The room and entire place was very clean from start to finish.

It was good however note that a Queen room actually has a double bed. We ended up booking another room as the bed was too small for two adults. The area was close to Centro Histórico but on the fringes so you need to walk around 15 minutes which was fine.

Beds were small
