Smell on the room and short she of staff

The brekfast was good

The room was small. The first room had a lot of noise from trafik. We changed room and it was more quiet bit even smaller. The airconditioner did not work,not the safety box either. It smelled bad from the toilette.

Location is exceptional. Metro station is around the corner. Sorrounded by good restaurants. Feels safe at all times . Everyone in their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was on the small side but really clean, bed was comfortable

Rooms are not well soundproofed and also can get a little hot at nights. Maybe they can add ac someday.

Polite and friendly staff willing to help and answer any questions. Cleaning staff that were friendly and to the good job. Breakfast was also nice.

Cleaning staff and customers speaking loudly in the Courtyard area keeping us awake all hours of the day and night we couldn't get good rest. The shower was horrible first the waters cold did it comes out very hot you have to get in the hot water to turn the shower off the waters sprays out of the door if the shower is on to warm it up. You cannot Direct the water to spray on your body. The birds could be a little more comfortable they're really not high quality for what we paid 126 US dollars per night it's really outrageous the hotel is maybe worth $50 USD per night when we reached puebla and stayed in a four star mm grand Hilton Hotel the beds were so comfortable the hotel was so quiet we got the first good night sleep in six days we were exhausted but we were happy to be inequality hotel which only charged this 93 USD per night we recommend your Staff they're wonderful but we don't recommend your hotel

The room had no external window it opened onto the courtyard so we had to keep the blinds down for privacy. The room was very small.

Everything was super clean, but the bed and pillows were a bit crunchy. But it is what to expect at a budget hotel- honestly I would book here again. Basic but gets the job done.

The hotel was lovely, located in a beautiful area near a major avenue and offering a wide range of amenities, with restaurants and bakeries just a short walk away. The staff were very attentive and kin. I had an amazing time in CDMX — the hotel provided delicious meals and a cozy room that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, my room didn’t have a window, which was a bit of a downside. There was also some noise coming from the reception area, especially at night, which could have been better managed for the comfort of the guests.

The breakfast was very good ! The staff were great- really helpful whenever we had questions, and they gave us really good suggestions of where to go and what to see in Mexico City ! The location is excellent. It is very walkable. There are many restaurants close to the hotel and in Roma Norte and Condesa.

Good location - walking distance to lots of great spots for dining etc

There were a couple of issues with the room itself - the best was incredibly squeaky and uncomfortable. Every time one of us turned over in the night, the other would wake. It was also very easy to hear noise from outside the room as the rooms all come off one central atrium. We often woke to people arriving back late at night. Shower was leaky and water often spilled out into the main room if we had the pressure on too high.

room is very outdated - its a super old building. the photos were definitely better than real life. i got a suite and the photos looked amazing, in reality it was very drab with things falling apart. Tons of noise from the road, so don't get a balcony room or bring ear plugs. Beds and pillows not comfortable

The staff were friendly and helpful.Thank you to Daniela and her efficient team.The room was clean,comfortable and quiet.The breakfasts were delicious and the hotel is a quick walk away from the metro and the Angel of Independence. Just perfect.

The bathroom flooded at night and staff overnight was not helpful at all, luckily the morning staff helped us out.

Terrible rooms on the ground floor, with no external windows (my window faced the restaurant with diners right outside from 7am..). Bare rooms with cold light and no amenities, not even a place to gang a coat. Dirty floors, looking like a railwaystation platform. Bad and disorganized service: first I was assigned a room, which when i turned on the light, turned out to have some other guest already staying there... no service in the reception, you can't even get bottled water in the hotel. The breakfast was not impressive at all, very basic. Extremely overpriced: The price would have gotten me a top quality room in the centro histórico.

The room has a weird bathroom and restroom with no personal space. It was very uncomfortable for my co-worker and me.If we want to take a shower, we need to go in with clothes and the WC feels it was inside the room. That was a pretty bizarre situation. It felt like a couple's motel.

Terrible stay

No windows in the room. Humid and lack of ventilation. General lack of maintenance. The door of the room fell off the last day. They cut the water on Saturday morning without warning.
