Cons -
- Run out of hot water The key card stoped working very single time we left the room
- Yes, I did not appreciate one particular guy that¿s was rude and very serious, every time I asked him something he looked bothered. But the rest of the staff was great!
- No English speaking staff. Wifi worked only especially in room. Took over 20 minutes to prove breakfast included in our package. No gym although advertised when booking and in hotelâ≢s info booklet. Breakfast staff were not as friendly and I felt rushed.

Location near the Historic Centro and price. Complimentary breakfast was good too.
The night auditor on last day of our stay would not give breakfast coupon we were entitled to. Had to wait in lobby 20 minutes for day front desk clerk to come on duty. The night clerk wasn't customer friendly.
poor service poor noise isolation
The location was ok
The reception and bar staff they were all really rude and not helpful at all
Location was good.
No proper service, even they refused to give water, saying the restaurant is closed at 8 in the evening.Had to go out and buy it.Stayed for 4 days, the room was not serviced as it was a continuous stay. There is no electric kettle or tea counter in the room.
The location was okay, if you’re happy to walk a bit.
It has old decor and very basic. Beds weren’t comfy. Our room had no view and was very dark. When we arrived we were sent to 3 different rooms we had to come back to reception to change because none of the rooms had been cleaned. Beds unmade, rubbish in the bins etc. no atmosphere. Also the maid left our room unlocked when we came back one day. Didn’t feel very secure or safe tbh.

THE HOTEL WAS WHAT I EXPECTED THE STAFF WAS NICE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST WAS EDIBLE. THE LOCATION OF THE WAS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM AVENIDA JUAREZ.ONE OF THE MAIN AVENUES IN MEXICO CITY. THE HOTEL WAS WORTH THE PRICE.
THE INTERNET WAS HORRIBLE YOU BARELY GET ANY SIGNAL IN YOUR ROOM. YOU HAVE TO VENTURE INTO THE LOBBY TO GET SOME KIND OF SIGNAL. I ASKED FOR THE FITNESS ROOM AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
Rooms are spacious.
Old, lots of street noise.
