Cons -
- Head clerk, was rude and self righteous. Gave us a hard time about checking 8n. Told us about breakfast and did not give us the coupons. Bizarre set up for breakfast. Understaffed and why control all the food eaten.
- No AC, very small room, very dangerous location, had to move out did not feel safe
- wifi spotty in room, although down stairs it works great

There was loud noise from the traffic on the street all night long that kept me awake. They definitely needed a sound-proof window that closed. My flight to Mexico City had been delayed twice and I tried to call the hotel to let them know of the changes, but no one answered the phone. Wyndham was also unable to reach anyone there. The following day they acknowledged a text sent via Booking.com.The room had a television, and sometimes I could receive a few stations in Spanish if they were available.
The location was one building to bothe the metro and the city bus lines.
I should have stayed at a hostel instead. No ice anywhere in the facility and no refrigerator. Maids did not take my dirty towels, and when i handed it to them the next day, i still had no towels back the following day. There is no real consierge to help with event selection, and when it was cold outside and 4:30, they locked me out each time i tried to contact my uber because wifi was inside... you would not do that to YOUR grandma would you? AND i walked past the same dog poo for 4 days that was right outside their door!I will choose better next time probably, even a hostel i could find fun events. This place was disappointing
I loved the front desk. It was very close to everything. We took the metro to the bad bunny concert and it was great bc it was so close by!
I didn’t like the cleanliness it was alright but could us some improvements, but for what we paid it was exceptional. But they could definitely improve on cleanliness.
Avoid this uncomfortable place with bad breakfast
This was a bare bones place. Hard to get extra towels only one garbage can in the whole room no fridge no access to hot water and very poor lighting. It was nothing cozy about this place. It was a quick weekend day of the dead trip. I’m grateful For getting a reservation at this busy time, but I won’t return. Breakfast was not good and served by grumpy people and the coffee machine was broken and they served brown water in its place.
The location is the only thing good about it, walking distance to the historic center, 20-30min to every other sightseeing area by car.
We stayed here for 7 days and we spent about an hour at breakfast each morning, because the breakfast system is the most inefficient system we’ve ever seen, forcing everyone to queue for at least 5-10min or more to get the food served. There is 3 warm options every morning of egg, beans and a third that keeps changing to different options each day. If you try to get anything, they get annoyed and complain to you.The only thing you are allowed to grab is yoghurt and drinks, as well as cereal. They only offer orange juice from concentrate. The amount they serve you is little and if you asked for more, you are told there is a fixed amount per person. They serve some fruit 6 slices per person/plate (watermelon, honeydew melon, papaya) so thinly cut it is almost see through and the size is about 4-8cm. The fruit was not always tasting fresh, we assumed they serve the same melon for weeks. Also the fruit was not available all days we were there as it was never refilled. There is a spot for ham and cheese but it was only available 3 of 7 days we stayed also never refilled. When it was available they will only offer 1/2 slice of ham per person. They cut 1 slice in 4/4 pieces.Cheese slice they allow per person is about 3x3cm in size.1 day the coffee was not served at the breakfast.4 of the seven days there was no hot water available for tea.2 days the milk was not available for cereal or coffee. If you have dietary restrictions there is not anything else they offer you. They never clean the tables on any of the days we sat. We never had the pleasant experience of sitting at a clean table for breakfast. They don’t toast the bread in house they buy bimbo ready made toast bread in a plastic package. They also gatekeep jam and butter. The guest bathroom on the first floor never had toilet paper or hand paper towels by the gym.The room had slanted floors, and provided broken/ripped towels with holes in them.
Location was very close to the historical center and central to other main sightseeing areas. 20-30min by car.

It was clean and breakfast was good, they have free coffee and hot chocolate 24/7
The gym equipment wasn't working, we stayed in he 4th floor and it felt like the cars passing through the avenue downstairs were passing right next to us, the window glass was really thin, location was not the best, lots of bums and really dirty outside.
Kind staff at the reception and clean rooms. The housekeeper Alejandro was amazing and cleaned the room to perfection every morning. Great location, only a 10 min walk from Zocalo.
The bathroom had an unbearable smell from the pipes. The breakfast was also disappointing with sparse options and limited in quantity (you are only allowed one little butter and jam pack), we ended up buying breakfast at other restaurants despite having paid for the breakfast at the hotel.
Great location near Girabaldi Plaza with Mariachis, OXXO, Train station, many restaraunts and food court. Large room, good beds, safe, fan, black out curtains, good wifi and large bathroom. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Great value.
I did love the people who work there. They made out time great always ready to help. The hotel room was clean, and every time we requested clean service, they did it. Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was ok but not the best. The fruit were old and didn't taste good. The places that surrounds the hotel don't look safe.
Location, Really nice, and the food was nice
Poor logistic at break fast, no air conditioner, you can hear a lot from the outside (cars, trucks, people).
The rooms were really clean and updated.
Location is good but a little far from were I wanted to be.
Delicious breakfast, nice and clean, location, comfortable beds, staff was very nice.
It needs air conditioning, the Fun didn’t work all the time and no one went to check on it. we requested towels 3 days later and we only go 2 more ( we were 4 people)
Easy access to buses. Near tourist attraction, Garibaldi, Mariachis. Excellent traditional market 2 blocks away and Esperanza Bakery across the the street. Delicious! Breakfast was good but the hot food was repetitious. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. My husband speaks Spanish so that helped.
No hairdryer in suite. Had to go to reception to pick one up and leave my passport as security. They also offered free umbrellas but again, required my passport for security. Also, the shower had a half glass enclosure which resulted in large amounts of water flooding onto the bathroom floor. Very artsy shower door design but not practical. The bath mat did not help as it was very small and flimsy. You get two towels and one hand towel. Also, note that if you require chilled drinks, you will not find a fridge in Mexican hotels. At least not the several we have stayed in.
Old building located in between 2 very busy avenues and renovated with cheap materials, reason why the rooms are bland and crammed, you cannot close the doors without slaming them (quite fun at 3AM) and the walls, paper thin - you can hear EVERY noise from adjacent rooms, hallway and outside. The room was also very hot, there was no aircon, just a very loud fan. We're not even picky travellers, but we spent 5 nights in this hotel, barely slept and felt very uncomfortable throughout the whole stay. The shower head was spraying the water rather than pouring it and the bathroom's ventilation was barely working. The gym has some equipment, but cannot fit more than 1-2 persons working out at the same time.As for breakfast, very few options to choose from. And shoutout to the dude who serves breakfast, who is basically running the show almost by himself, with 1 person serving up to 20 people at the same time while replenishing the water for the coffee maker and refilling the yogurt bowl.Overall, we have great regrets that we didn't pay a bit more and stay in a different hotel (the difference in price was not that big). This was literally the worst hotel we've stayed in, we were fooled by the high rating this hotel has (not sure how that happened), the pictures (which are VERY misleading) and its proximity to Centro Historico (which can be compensated by the good public transport the city has). Would definitely not recommend, just pay a bit more and stay in a more comfortable hotel.
No aircon only a big ceiling fan. It was not very comfortable without aircon. I gets hot during the day especially.
Nice space. Clean and comfortable. Not a hot time of year, so fan was nice.
