The staff
The room was located next to the elevator engine. No windows or natural light.Uncomfortable bed.
The hotel is next to Mother's Monument, close to restaurants and a shopping mall. Happy that they offer single beds for solo travelers.
The evening shift receptionist spoke little to no English, making it difficult to ask for basic information like laundry or a hairdryer. (Yes, there was no hairdryer in the room—you had to leave a photo ID to borrow one.) The swipe card constantly had issues as well. After returning exhausted and barely making it to the top floor, I had to go back down to get my card fixed, relying on ChatGPT to explain the situation.
Staff was at all times friendly and helpful and most importantly honest. At checkout I forgot my carry on luggage, not sure if in the lobby or in the restaurant. Hours later I realized I had forgotten my carry on. I called the reception to ask about it and there it was. I was so grateful for it.
Location
Parking in the property tales top long, you have to leave the car on the street and go ask to the lobby for them to open the parking lot and then wait till they do
The entire place was super clean.
The room had no window to the outside, only a window to an atrium with skylight
Booked for family, did not have breakfast, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us receive luggage that was being delivered from the airport in the middle of the night. A little pricey, but good service and location.
Its a bit expensive.
The staff was friendly and helpful
Way overpriced!! So expensive for the smallest room. $900 usd for 5 days. The quality of services does not match the cost of living. I would not recommend.
Clean and nice staff
Breakfast was awful
Location
Everything was bad. Small, poorly-lit claustrophobic-invoking rooms with no windows, horrible breakfast, impolite staff (not all of them, but some). Photos do not deliver the gist of the reality. Surprisingly, rating is high and pics look good. We bought it and regretted it. Please book somewhere else - in CDMX you can find better value for your money, I am sure.
Location
To small rooms, I had to do an extra payment for parking, the parking was on the other side of the street
Location.
If you want good sleep at night don't stay at rooms *06-*12 on any floor, since they are too close to the elevator which its ring loudly each time someone using it.
Price and location, just what i needed for an extra night due to a flight cancellation
Small room, but it has all i needed, so not complaining
Bad
Staff, they are not cooperative at all. They said that there is a complementary transport service within 5 KMS but it was given only first day. Second day they said service is not available. They even don't care about their guests. Breakfast is just OK. Not recommended at all. I am a frequent traveller to Mexico but I will never stay with this hotel again.
Staff were kind and supportiveBreakfast was good location was perfect
The room had no window to outside to refresh the indoor air
That it was near to reforma in a walking distance, has printer service, and included breakfast
The room was way too small, tv was not smart nor able to connect to cast and they only provide one towel per room
