Location, space, light, cleanliness.

If all staff could speak and understand simple English concerning check-in and check-out administrative affairs, it would be helpful.

Did not live up to description. Should not be described as Junion Suite. Room with one chair. Bathroon door handle & toilet seat falling off. Water barely warm in shower, even after running ten minutes. No hair dryer.Kitchen size of a large closet. New refrigerator but freezer iced in, with no trays. Appliances still have makers labels stuck on. No coffee pot. Only one large, low stew pot, still with label, no other pots to heat food or boil water. No microwave cookware. No water/juice pitcher. Very few utensils. No can opener or corkscrew...one wineglass. Had to boil water in stew pot to make coffee & use soop spoon to get it into cups. When I asked to have a smaller pot or coffee pot I was told to walk to 711 and buy a coffee. No cooking knife. Only one steak knife & no cutting board to cut with. Kitchen fits only one small person. Not suitable for larger person.Outdoor area consists of a few pieces of furniture what was garage.

We've been to this property before and we liked their location and amenities; the suites are clean and well equipped. The kitchenette is a plus for thus seeking the convenience to prepare breakfast or a snack, it has an electric range, microwave, fridge, and a coffeemaker. But if that's not your style, there are plenty –and I mean plenty– of places to eat around, from three restaurants and two cafés downstairs, to many more around the corner or across the street; and that street in question is the majestic, tree-lined Reforma Avenue, by the way. From the many of balconies you can have an amazing view of that grand avenue and the iconic Angel de la Independencia monument, symbol of the Mexican capital. Plus they have a terrace on the 23rd floor with even better views of the city.This time we stayed for just over a week, and the staff was way beyond helpful and friendly. ¡Gracias, Teresa y Jazmin!We certainly recommend this place to spend your time in Mexico City, be for short or long term stays.

The noise is the price you pay for being right in the beating heart of Mexico City; since the property is on Reforma Avenue, you can't escape the daily bustling traffic; and sometimes it gets very loud; closing the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors/windows helps somewhat a little. (Double glazing would work wonders there).The kitchenette is a very welcome amenity, yet it lacked some basic tools like a frying pan, knifes, at least in the room we got. (Maybe we are just being a little spoiled)

Everything except for the shower.Staff were amazing, very kind 10/10.Location 10/10.

Shower: no hot water, and water pressure extremely weak.Tbh I could have asked the staff to fix but I didn’t bother. So the onus is on me.

It was clean, a good location Room cleaning service was impeccable.

The property is a bit worn down and older. My key card didn't work for a few days. So, the security aways had to let me into my room, which was a bit annoying

The room was not ready, garbage in the bin, the security guard had to come up to give us the linen.

Good location, room is basic but it has everything that you need. Of course this apartment is not to stay inside the whole day but if you travel around the city the whole day and come to the hotel only for sleep - it is normal choice.

Noisy all night long. Elevator very small. I have to paid $18.00 dollars extra to get in early.

it gets hot in the room for some reason. you have to run the water for over five minutes to get hot water. Also hot water runs out after 20ish minutes. Wifi also sucks

The porter was not always available to open as he was overseeing other aspects of the building as well.

Excellent location. Take a right out of the front door, and the street leads you into Zona Rosa with all the restaurants, bars, shops and clubs.

This is not a complaint but be aware that this an apartment not a hotel, so there are no hotel amenities.

The staff offer all extra items that we need on time (iron, hair dryer), location is well connected to all my destinations.

The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean.

But my spouse and I returned to Mexico City for New Year to see old friends. If a friend comes to this hotel, one guest must leave. It feels like you are visiting a prison. When you want to leave the premises, security has to unlock the door to let you out. There is no hospitality in this hotel. I would not stay here again unless I return alone on business.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! Great service! Excellent location!! It's super close to Chapultepec and the angel! Lots of convenience stores around, lots of coffee shops and restaurants! 10 out 10!!

Parking was tight and price a little high.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was wonderful, offering a great space to cook and heat up food, which made my stay even more convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it!

While there’s was no AC in the room, the fan was sufficient to keep things comfortable. Although the fan didn’t work the first night, the staff was quick to replace it
