Facilities, cleaning, location

Location was excellent. Easy walking distance to many things. Staff was friendly and helpful. Someone was at the front desk to check us in even tho it was well after midnight. Breakfast was included, it was adequate. The 24 hr free tea, coffee and hot chocolate was a nice thing to have.

Shower was good but the sink (in the other room) was almost impossible to use because of the way the water sprayed out of the faucet. The room was very small.

The location was nice. It was easy to walk to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was cosy and looked just like in the pictures. Breakfast was ok. It varied a bit each day.

I found the hotel to be very noisy due to the other guests.

It is 2 minutes walk to the Cathedral and Plaza

Limited room for suitcases. There was a space above the bed but too high for heavy suitcases

The staff were cool, friendly and welcoming.

The bedding , we found two bugs that looked like a bed bug, one on the surface of our bedding by our pillows and one underneath the mattress .

The location was exceptional and staff were very friendly and helpful.

I took a taxi and it wasn’t easy to find. It was after midnight too.

The stay was great! Hotel is in the central location, so perfect for everyone who’s planning to explore the city. Breakfast was very good, something new was added to the buffet everyday. Additional plus for 24hrs available coffee machine & tea.Special thanks to the reception team - Astrid, Julian and Nanou! Thanks for your help and friendly attitude during the stay :)

The service was exceptional, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good too! It’s close to a lot and cheap.

I found some hairs on the bed sheets so that was nasty. The rooms don’t have air conditioning so we had to sleep with the window open, and the city is busy and loud all night. The hotel is hidden behind an alley so it’s a little sketchy walking to and from the hotel but inside it’s nice.

Very close to the Zocalo, many restaurants, shopping, museums. They provided an adequate breakfast with some options as well as additional items you could purchase. It's a basic room, clean and good value for the location.

The room was noisy up to about 10 p.m. It got very warm in afternoon, early evening. There was a fan in the ceiling but none of the switches worked to turn it on. The elevator was not working while I was there. I was on the 4th floor. When I arrived, the receptionist carried my suitcase up. The night before I left, I told two different receptionists that I would need help bringing the suitcase down at 3:00 a.m. Both advised it's not a problem. When I called down to ask for someone to come get it, I was told they don't have that service. I am 77 with a bad knee snd walking with a cane. I had to manipulate my suitcase down 80 stairs resulting in me collapsing in the foyer. The receptionist was quick to get me water and help me up but this should never have happened. If your elevator doesn't work, there needs to be help.

Free breakfast and Location

Very noisy room right by the street—could hear everything all night. I asked to change rooms but staff didn’t help. The room was too small and the floor felt sticky. Disappointing stay.

I like the fact that it is really central,close to the metro.

The room is very little,the bed was too hard and little for 2 people, the hotel is very noisy from 5am I could hear noises coming from the cleaning staff and all night long I could hear noises from the street.Breakfast was not the best.

Close to Zocalo. Clean, affordable, modern, and breakfast is really good. The staff is very nice too.

TV didn't turn on, a very enclosed room and the room's window is in front of the window of a kitchen or something like that at the other side of the alley, so we couldn't lift the curtain during the afternoon and most part of the night.

Did not like anything about it the alley smelled there was drugs addicts doing drugs close to the entrance of property.. doesn’t feel safe..

False advertisement.. they did not have double beds like it said on the booking app.. the beds are stiff and the pillows felt like rocks
