The location is perfect. The rooms were neat and comfortable. The breakfast was OK

The first desk clerk charged me wrongly. Just a mistake. Had to pay more on leaving. The shower would not get warm and I was afraid of overflow into the room. The door would not close properly after I tried to use it.

Location is perfect to walk to the Historic Center, lots of restaurants and shopping stores on the way. Perfect for our New Year get away.

They can improve the Breakfast.. Not a lot of Continental Choices. Coffee need improvements.

The best thing is the location. It’s in the cultural district where the sights are and very close to the theatre which I was attending a concert for this trip.

The shower was not very good, it’s spraying all over the place, I only use the hot water for only luke warm water and not a hot shower, water never got warm enough for a hot shower, the shower floor does not drain well and puddles of water remain in the shower floor. There are plumbing issues in this building.

It’s in Mexico City. The pollution is horrible. I can hardly breathe

I like the room design, very comfortable, easy to use. Loved the large shower. The maids were kind and helpful.

A little noisy because there were high schoolers next door. But that is a client problem, not the hotel. The dining area was a bit messy. The vending machine did not work properly. I had to get help to retrieve the item I purchased.

There was a paper bag with take out trash on the corner of the corridor during our whole stay

Towels given were worn out..no shower gel in bathroom.At times no hand towels were given . Even for water bottle, we had to be request many times, which were not given everyday.

This hotel is nice very close to Alameda but I don't think I will stay there anymore

Very central location and very cheap prices available. I only needed a room for a quick shower and 2 hours of rest during a layover - the hotel fulfilled that purpose decently. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the room was not very clean, bed sheets had stains, the bathroom was cleaned haphazardly and overall I did not feel very comfortable in the room.
