So noisy! People talking at pool and screaming so late we couldn¿t sleep well doors are clapping around 3:00 am we can¿t even enjoy pool they having party every day in our room No enough towels so disappointed we pay to much for this experience ;( neve

The courtyard is beautiful and the attendant at the front desk was very nice. We were able to park near our room, and the hotel was easy to find. The minisplit unit worked very well, keeping us warm at night.

We could not get the hotel wi-fi to connect in our room, so we ended up sitting in the front lobby both evenings we were there to catch up on the things we needed to take care of. There is a leak in the bathroom between the shower wall and the toilet, so every time you take a shower, there is a small lake of water on the floor, which soaks into the bathmat. The room does not have blackout shades, so the lights in the courtyard area were very bright through our window, even with the shade down, making it very hard to get a decent night of sleep.

The 6 person suite was excellent. Everything you would need they had plates, cups utensils, coffee maker, etc.

I wish they had washer and dryer because we had wet clothes after getting out of the pool

It is a very noisy hotel, doors make a lot of noise and if guests arrive late, they will definitely wake you up. There are apparently no cut-off times for using the grills or having music in the BBQ area(or no staff to implement the rules), so if a party decides to stay late you will have a hard time getting some early rest. Our shower leaked water all the way out to the room and the sink had a nasty smell.

Bed ok. Shower was nice. Employers was very nice.

We move to second room and shower liqiid, I can't sleep. Sink was broke.The sewer smells on our first room.

Soiled beds.Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for years. Brown stained all over.No wifi in roomStaff is useless to enforce the hotel rules aboutParties every single night we stayed until 4am by a bunch of teenagers that were getting blacked out drunk screaming and blasting music at full volume.

I liked the availability of the host. He helped with information and providing additional accommodations, even during midnight, which was our arrival.

The bed was dirty and the blankets not enough for the cold. The bar and the restaurant were not available and the ice machine broken… we had to drive to get groceries.

Filthy bedding and unprofessional employees. Save your money and get a better hotel.

Bedding stinks, it has hair, lipstick and blood and doesn't look washed in a while. They weren't able to replace the sheets because they didn't have one clean and offered to move me to filthier rooms or refund money only if I returned the room...at 1 am!Manager and owner disrespectfully silenced the Concierge multiple times infront of me, the only employee that listened to me and understood the situation.
