Pros +
- Everyone at reception was very friendly and helpful with anything I asked/needed. They genuinely seemed to care about my time in San Cristobal, and wished everyone well. The hotel was in a great location, just a few blocks away from a main street.
Cons -
- My room (twin) was quite damp with little natural light. It also seemed to be the only one without a seating area outside, due to its location. I saw a few bugs around the room throughout my stay. The double rooms looked much nicer.
