- The hotel was fully booked.but they paid for up grade for one night,in the fiesta hotel next door.Very good service all round plenty to eat and drink for breakfast No completes
- There's improvement on hotel to accommodate international guess by hired more hotel staff that can speak English. Rooms are maintained in good condition even after two years I came back here.
Cons -
- There were urine stains on the toilet and on the floor of my room ! Can you imagine how the rest of the room must have been ? The blind was broken, the walls were dirty, the towel rack was missing, the breakfast was Mexican style not American. This property is tired and in need of some TLC. I should have paid the extra $7 and stayed at the Hyatt.
- Spoil hot water dispenser should replace or repair once it was not working for a week rather then heat up the water by using microwave machine.
- the obese lady in reception whom outright dismissed my request to get breakfast in a takeaway box 30 minutes before breakfast opening hours so that I could catch my bus. At least the manager later agreed to provide the box!
