- Location, friendly staff and the free breakfast, it is quick, delicious and the lady manager is very nice.

Cons -
- Very noisy location. There was also a musty smell in the room
- The process of checking in, the condition of some items in the room and this time, I got a room close to the street, one can hear the traffic noise
- AC not working properly - cold air blowing when higher temp. demanded. No cold water ! In middle of showering cold water stopped.

Breakfast was terrible. Room feels old. Will not stay there again.
