This hotel is in the Río area of Tijuana, close to the main shopping areas and financial district. The modern, air conditioned rooms have flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The spacious rooms in the Cityexpress Tijuana have attractive light wood furniture. All have long-distance phones. The Tijuana Cityexpress has a modern gym. There is also a business center with public internet terminal. A free shuttle is available to anywhere within a 6 mile radius. There is free on site parking. Breakfast is served daily.

- It was quiet.

- The rules were being followed in regards to covid 19 staff was up for the safety of our sales and theirs.
Cons -
- I asked for a shuttle to the airport at 7:00. It was 7:13 when I was told there wasn?t going to be a shuttle arriving. I called for an Uber who arrived in 13 minutes. I?m 1/2 hour behind and the check-in line is now very long. My anxiety is elevated.
- The lady setting up the breakfast was late It was supposed to be set up and ready at 6 and i didn't understand her and then she said it in English and I didn't quite hear what she said when I helped myself she said oh I guess you don't speak English eith
- The people and their atention was great very responsive to our needs.
