- Staff was so helpful and patient. They helped us with all our concerns. They are very professional and kind.
- Staff overall were very friendly. Free and secure parking. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant on site was amazing! Highly recommend it¿food delicious and staff very friendly. Convenient location to drive to La Bufadora and Valle de Guadalupe. Great massage
- The hotel was very expensive. The beds or horrible it¿s like sleeping on the floor and they¿re very . The vending machine was completely empty. The staff could barely speak English. But the ginger he was great he cleaned over and beyond the call of duty.

- TV channels not working properly. Toilet made loud/consistent noise. Bathroom door got stuck. Spider webs found in part of the ceiling. Corner light was broken and about to come apart. Sliding door was loose. Windows facing street outdated/not secure.
- There wasn¿t anybody that spoke English so make sure if you go you speak Spanish or bring a translator. I wanna emphasize the cleanliness of the night cleaning men they¿re very old and very accommodating even let me borrow a charger for my phone.

Hotel is located in a very good area, near casinos, beach, bars, and stores. Best hotel in ensenada. Me and my family have been staying here for more then 7 years. And will never change it
