- The employees' attitude; they are friendly, seem to enjoy their work and it reflected in their attitude.
- Staff is courteous and attentive.Breakfast was basically the norm in Mexico chilaquiles,fruit,pastries but was very well put together and with great taste no complains.Security guard down at the parking garage was great and the taxi service is a plus.
- Safe parking lot and breakfast served
Cons -
- Yes, the shower curtain in the bathroom is way too small,it causes the restroom floor to get all wet while showering plus the water drains very slowly but this also happened at another hotel I stayed at in the city so it could be a city wide problem
