The Meretto Hotel LALELi

Wonderful experience spending more than a week with family. Staff and others made our stay extraordinary with great attention to detail and care above and beyond. Its very close to the tram line.Highly recommend and encourage anyone to enjoy this hotel.

The hotel staff was very attentive to all my requests and needs. They always greeted me with a smile and would resolve any request or problem with a heartbeat. Highly recommended hotel for someone who is looking for a 3 night stay in Istanbul. Near a tram stop and bus stops, so its ideal for transportation. If I were to travel again alone, I would definitely consider this hotel again.

The breakfast could have just a bit more options and variety. Unless otherwise, everything else was great.

Close to different public transportation means, which is very important in Istanbul if you want to efficiently spend your time. Quite clean with everyday room cleaning possibility. Delicious breakfast with variety of salads, cheeses and eggs, seasonal fruits and traditional breads like simit. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind, ready to help at any time. Receptionists speaks english very well so communication is always flawless. They will try to answer any of your requests if they are capable.

Everything was good, Ezzedine and the rest of the staff were very helpful during our stay, and the room service girl was a joy, it was a pleasure seeing her first thing in the morning a small burst of good energy

We really enjoyed our trip. The facilities are very good. The service was perfect.The staff were really kind and gentle, especially Azeddine, Louay, Mahmoud and Khourchid and restaurant staff… thank you all ! The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was delicious with yummy cheese.

I had an amazing stay at Meretto Hotel Laleli! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. A special thanks to Vlad, the reception manager, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay—his kindness made all the difference. I will definitely return here on my next visit

Good location, perfect breakfast, very nice staff

Location is good near to Yenikapi and Aksaray metro stations. Breakfast is very good. Front office staffs and even housekeeping staff is also very nice.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, clean, quiet - at least my room was very quiet - well-located and with a very pleasant breakast to start each day.

Room was a little small and there is only one sometimes slow elevator.

Location is great. Very close to the Aksaray subway station and light train. The hotel entrance is located on a small, private, safe, and quiet street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, but views from the breakfast area are stunning.

The elevator was out of service for a few days. Not very convenient to climb to high floors every time you want to drop something in your room. The ventilation in the room could be improved, but what really needs attention is the ventilation in the bathroom.

There is a restaurant near the hotel which had loud music u til late hour but this was not the hotel fault.

Everything about my experience at this hotel was amazing. Speaking with Vlad and Khurshid was wonderful, as they provided me with great insights into how to properly explore Turkey. Additionally, it was simple to book a tour/cruise of Istanbul through the hotel, with taxi pickup directly in the morning. If I am ever lucky enough to stay in Istanbul again, I will certainly want to stay at this hotel!
