Location is great, walkable area

Not worth the price. Room was very small, very loud and can hear anytime someone shuts the door. Always a strange smell in the room and across the halls. The breakfast was nice but gets very crowded and hectic.

This area is in a perfect location. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Good and simple breakfast.

I had a conversation with guest relations and I am not sure if she took me seriously but I suggested for deaf guests, get their text number before entering the room to communicate . 4 staff walked in on me during the week. I did not sleep.

Only thing good about the hotel was the location.

There was mold all over the shower. Room does not look like online pics. Someone had money taken from them. Manager basically said that¿s not my problem. Staff knocked on my door to clean when I had the sign that said don¿t disturb. Makes u wonder.

The breakfast, it was strange that they closed the bread area and you need to ask someone to give you bread by saying this one no that one which we didn’t like it and Istanbul is famous with the variety type of bread which we usually enjoy it

Erdi was very kind and supportive during our stay and he helped us a lot with his recommendations and advice. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Problems of elevator/lift

Good location

Twin bed room was not ready despite reserving it and confirming in email. On Arrival was told I hadn’t reserved twin bed room. Had to wait 20mins before room was made available. Paid the full hotel charges on arrival but on checkout, the staff told me I haven’t paid the bill. More time wasted while they made their checks and admitted their mistake that I have already paid.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!The location is perfect — just a few steps away from Taksim Square. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is good, and the customer service is excellent.Special thanks to Hakim Ramzna for his kindness and great help — he was always friendly and very cooperative. Highly recommended!

This was my third times that i selected this hotel mostly because of Location.Close to the airport bus station.

Cup and glasses were not clean in the room .They forgot to charge tea and coffee and water regularly every day.Safe box wasn’t working properly.Towels were old .

Forget about sleeping before 1 AM — nightclub loud music every night, a true nightmare.

1. I asked for a quiet room for my children, but was placed in front of a nightclub with loud music until 1 AM. My kids couldn’t sleep, and I complained several times, but reception only gave impractical alternatives. I even have a photo from my window showing the club.2. The hotel is written as 4 stars, but it is barely like 3. Many things were broken or didn’t work properly (bathroom door, hairdryer, TV, walls, floors). The photos online are heavily filtered, but I posted a real photo so you can see the difference.3. The service is very bad. I asked for extra towels and they arrived after 1 hour. The next day the cleaner took the clean towels away, so I had to call reception again — very frustrating.4. You can hear people speaking in the corridor and in the rooms around you — there is no privacy at all.

The location, friendly and helpful staff. Great food at the restaurants and good spa.

All the most of the fixtures, the towel racks and clothes hanger Ron in the closet were crooked or dangling in my room and the grout in on the bathroom tiles was gross

The toilet is too close to the shower where you cannot actually sit on the loo properly as the shower glass is touching the toilet.
