They apparently allocated me a staff room; floor was broken, someone's hairbrush in the bathroom, a closet with full of men's cloths and shoes, and half-filled refrigerator beeping all night. Next day they allocated me a new room.

The hotel is very close to the central part of Istanbul. The rooms are very nice, big and clean. Everything you need is provided. The staff is very kind and responsive. Thank you!

Everything is ok ?

- The location is great away from the hussle of taksim and Beyoğlu but so close to the middle of istiklal road, where you can be in Istiklal within 5 min not more. The hotel is located on the flat highway, no need to climb hills or pass through dark scary alleys at night. - The staff are so polite and helpful. - The room I was given was big enough for 3. We got 2 single beds and 1 double and they were comfortable. - Free coffee and tea at the lobby * The toilet doesn't smell at all like in other hotels around istanbul and this gives the place an extra star!! * And another extra star for having an elevator which is not found in most boutique hotels in istanbul*** And extra 3 stars for being Family friendly. No need to worry about hearing inappropriate noises coming from other rooms at night like in taksim and Beyoğlu area hotels. There are always police men around since the police station is close .

- Some of the furniture needs renovation.- The lights are dim- The electric sockets are placed on one wall only

Awesome location walkable to everything, cool decor and very friendly front desk always available to help. Very comfy and cute.

Rooms are full of cigarette smell , no housekeeping , shower hosepipe is leaking , rude behaviour by the staff , i don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel . Worst experience ever.

It’s convenient.. on the main road ..the bed was comfy & the heat worked well..The staff was alway there & smiling . Made me feel safe and I couldn’t beat the price.

Wish the hotel had been maintained better.. someone did a repair with a caulking gun & it ruined the tub’s appearance making it look more run down.. pealing wall paper & the bathroom smelled funky ..,it’s just tired but what can one expect when paying $25 A day ? It was clean & friendly helpful staff

Property is closed to the taqsim square, and shops.

Only the location, nothing else.

Many things:1. Upon arrival, the room was not available. They offered us another room for one night, with the option to change it the next day, when our room becomes available2. All the interior was very very old, worn out (not as in the pictures), broken and dirty3. The hot water was available only from time to time. If you are lucky, you would have only for a quick shower. 4. The overall hygiene was terrible (especially in the bathroom) - dirty everywhere, mold everywhere, awful smell5. Smoking is obviously allowed everywhere - all rooms were with "No smoking?" sign, but with ashtrays everywhere and strong cigarette smell6. No room cleaning (literally!!!)7. Constant electricity cuts!!! 50% of the stay there was no electricity. No serious explanation like the staff didn't care about our complaints.8. Without electricity, there was no heating, no hot water, total darkness! (Even out phones went dead and not able to use torch light).9. The staff didn't speak any English, or any other languages than turkish. ?10. Very noisy - the windows were so old that didn't provide any soundproofing from the noisy boulevard in front of the hotel.

Old building (with nice old features), but in need of upgrades and deep cleaning.

The staff were nice and friendly.

The beds were not comfortable at all. The breakfast options were way too narrow.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I have to praise the young guy who worked at the reception and the older lady who simultaneously worked at the reception and the kitchen. They are really the bright spot of the hotel.

In the whole room, a strong smell of cigarettes can be felt, which has penetrated into things and walls and cannot be expelled. You can constantly hear the traffic noise from the road ahead because the window cannot be closed completely. The bed is too short, the air conditioner didn't want to heat, the television channels didn't work, the internet connection was constantly interrupted every few minutes and after that I couldn't connect to wireless at all. Sound insulation is very poor and you can hear footsteps and events from the rooms around you.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is really good, it is in city center. Free parking space for guests.

Fotos are not showing actual condition of the hotel, it looks not so nice anymore. It is quite loud at night because of the main street. There was no breakfast even though it shall be.

The rooms are specious and you can park your car. There isn't a parking, you leave it on a street, but there is a parking space of the hotel on the street. The staff is very kind. The area is nice and the hotel is very close to the main street with the shops, on a walking distance. It is also close to a bus station and you can easily go to the blue mosque and the other attractions. The beds are comfortable and nice.

- It is noisy. The hotel is on a boulevard, and unfortunately the windows are very thin. There is a lot of traffic all night, so you hear everything.- The breakfast is the same every day and it is very poor. It is a plate with boiled egg, two small slices of cucumber, one cherry tomato, one small slice of yellow cheese, one small slice of ham, 4 olives (2 black and 2 green), 2 cups of jam and one small cube of cheese and bread. There is instant coffee and instant milk, no fresh milk, and there is tea. That's it.- Our friend's room wasn't able to be locked, so it was open all the time.

The location is very nice,in 5' you are in Istiklal.Easy access in buses and metro.Helpful and friendly staff!I definitely recommend it!
