Kings Cross Hotel Istanbul

I am a veteran traveler and I usually stay at Hilton/Marriott. This hotel was significantly better. My checkin was easy and smooth and so was checkout at 5 am. The room was very clean. As in the staff took pride in the cleanliness of the room. 10/10 stay!

Spotless clean hotel.the rooms where immaculate clean.great shower bed very comfy.it was ideal for a little buissness trip perfect location.however the food could do with a shake up wasn't great that said would definitely be back

OK. Food was OK but menu was very limited

They offered to move us to a bigger but then wanted the full room price of 130 euros. I would have been happy to pay for the upgrade but not the full room price effectively paying three nights for a two night stay. That was disappointing

Very kind and friendly team on the reception, making it feel like home. Overall, very well managed hotel, everything is working properly, clean and convenient. 50m from Kanyon, probably best shopping Center in Istanbul.

I came to the hotel a while ago and had several problems, firstly our bags weren't loaded and it was raining, the staff just ignored usWhen I told the employee that I wanted a room on the sea, he gave me a bad room, the bathroom had a bad smell, and there was no hot water in it. I told him that there was a smell and that I wanted to change the room, and he refused. I asked him for my previous room, and he refused, and he did not fix the bathroom until the next day.

It’s close to major shopping malls. It is located in a nice area.

they have deducted the first night under APEX WORLD name before 48 hours not the hotel name I didn’t know it was the hotel I thought it was scam I stopped my card and that ruined my mood and it was waste of time and energy

The people who work there, make the place and the stay - that is a good and stylish place by the way - so personal and welcoming. Especially the super friendly ladies at the reception. They tried everything to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely stay there again, just please not in the economy twin, is it really very small and one door connects that room with the neighbors. :)

Great central location. Large very modern 6 storey shopping centre within 200m with Metro Station.Metro is the best way to get around and has air con.All staff were very hospitable and helped clients. Bar and cafe open until very late/early morning at weekend.Eggs for breakfast very good.Food and service good.Hotel transfers very good.Rooms modern and very clean.Excellent lift.Most important would I visit again, definitely.

Cleanliness was great. Although small hotel and rooms, but very much modern and comfortable from the inside. In my room I found everything I usually find in 5 stars hotels and a bit more.

Only one thing, in the morning I used to smell unpleasant odor in the bathroom. which disappears during the day.

I like its near to metro and three shopping centers

Excellent staff very kind and efficient.I had a very pleasent stay. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Nice keyless solution through Flexipass. The location is perfect if you have commitments at Kanyon mall.Breakfast is very good.

Kings Cross hotel was perfectly located to metro, shopping and restaurants. Great for both business people and tourists. Rooms were clean, new and cosy.Staff were friendly and professional.

best staffs / location

booked deluxe room and supposed to be 25sq meters but given small room , see photo , I checked the room size 6x3=18sqm , I did ask but they told me this is deluxe room , I was not happy but the staff was very polite breakfast not buffet and not much choice and small portion -:)
