Staying at BC Hotel in Nisantasi was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in a perfect location—stylish, clean, and comfortable—but what truly made my visit special was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and I want to especially thank Yaseen for his incredible hospitality. He speaks English, Turkish, and Arabic fluently, which made communication so easy and enjoyable. Yaseen was always ready to help with a smile, and his attention to detail made me feel truly cared for. If you're visiting Istanbul, BC Hotel is the place to stay

This is my second stay at this hotel. It has great location. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and clean, has spacious shower. And the price is great. I even got a beautiful view.

The location of the hotel is a med of center of Nişantaşı area I like this is not first time for me in BC otel they lived me a new room in sixth floor was beautiful also thank for a good hospitality .

I enjoyed the staff commitment to the guests welfare/comfort,clean ambience. The hotel is centrally located giving you easy access to almost part of the city. It's worth the amount charged for the services. I wish I could extend my stay.

Nothing, I enjoyed every bit of my stay

The staff was polite, humble and helpful.

The nearest bus stop was a 10 minute walk. The whole hotel reeking cigarette smoke, people smoke inside the reception. The floor corridors smell like cigarettes. There were multiple cigarette spots inside the room. And inside the shower there were molds and the shower handle was a bit annoying too.

Location is good. Fair quality room if You want to just sleep over for one night. Keep in mind that if You are light sleeper-this is not for You, as it was very noicy (both from the street as well from corridor.

While booking, I picked this property solely for having the sauna. When arrived, I was told that sauna can be used ONLY if ordering a massage with hughely inflated prices (60-80 EUR). There were none mentioned about it while booking. Window fastening broken, so can not close the window to reduce noise.

I enjoyed my stay overall and the staff were very helpful . I would come and stay again at this hotel. ?

The ONLY thing that added some discomfort to my stay was the fact that, sometimes, I could smell cigarette smoke (coming from I don’t know where ?‍♀️… maybe a neighbouring room) and I am very sensitive to smells (and a non-smoker, obviously) .But this was not constantly, just at times.

Good hotel location. I felt very safe in the hotel and around it. I felt very well looked after by the staff. They were very helpful with any enquiry I had. Good Wi-Fi. Very nice large bed. Large bathroom. Budget price.

General standards and lack of TLC in the rooms and the venue. No breakfast option, no cafe option and no spa option although advertised during the booking.

The staff were very helpful , professional, respectful and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily and for the price it was really good. The location is great as it is surrounded by shops and restaurants and cafes .

The hotel does not have its own cafe or restaurant within the hotel. However, this hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops as well, so everything is within reach . The hotel has a menu for ordering food, so you can actually order food from the reception or book texi from the reception as well.

I often stay at this hotel for 1-2 nights. The hotel is located in a great area at a reasonable price! I really like the staff, cool guys and you can always turn to them for help, for which I am very grateful to them! The hotel itself is simple, but the rooms are clean, and for me this is the most important thing! I will come back to you again and again))P.S Thank you for the delicious coffee ;)))

I paid for breakfast included but 17 days my stay I didn’t get breakfast at all . No breakfast at this hotel at all

Location was perfect the hotel is inthe heart of the city of İstanbul where famous brands and shopping centers. The management was very nice specially MR yassen , He was very helpful.And offer me Turkish coffee from time to time

I arrived early at 8 am, and although the entry was after 14:00, the receptionist helped me and gave me my room without any extra money. I know them and they know me. It is not the first time that I stay in the hotel, and every time they amaze me with their hospitality and assistance.Special thanks to Mr. Yassin and I wish him successThe most important thing in my room was the air conditioner and the shower, and both worked perfectly

One of the receptionist was rude, I think he is Syrian cause I heard he was talking in Arabic, if u ask any sort of question or like order food he was always not happy like you bothering him, didn’t felt welcome and also it was construction was going on in the hotel that’s why everything was messy, cleanliness so bad u have to keep asking to clean your room and ask for clean towel, only positive side is location, never go back there!

This not the first time 4me I have been there before , I like it couze you can get everything you need by a few steps , and I like the staff yacine and ramazan
