The location is good. The rooms are large and there is plenty of space.

The rooms haven't been renovated for a long time. Everything inside is shabby and doesn't feel clean. This is especially noticeable in the bathroom. The towels definitely need to be changed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Vernazza Suites!I had a wonderful experience at Vernazza Suites in Istanbul. The room was very big and comfortable, with a nice salon area that made it feel like home. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the price was definitely worth it for what you get. The location is great too convenient and easy to get around. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay. Thank you to the team at Vernazza Suites for the great hospitality!

Spacious, with a nice bathroom. It's cool that it has a separate living room and bedroom.

Housekeeping from hell. They threw away my medications and a bag that had accessories for my Nintendo in it thinking that it's trash. They in no way have any right to touch ANY of my belongings, let alone throw them away!!!!!Staff refused to take any responsibility and every time I needed anything, they made me wait for over half an hour and or/forgot about me.The TV is a brick from the Stone Age as well.

The Location

Breakfast was a complete disaster, we were served the same breakfast with fries 7 days a week!!!!! It used to be clean, but the bathroom in the upstairs suite was very run down. There was also a really old, noisy refrigerator in the middle of the kitchen. The furniture has seen better days!

Loved my stay here! The staff were absolutely lovely; they accommodated each and every request of mine and were very timely in their responses/actions. The decor does need a bit of a polishing up but overall, the room was spacious and very clean. Location was very ideal as well.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome. They were extremely polite, friendly, and very cooperative with everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and they were always ready to answer my questions with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness really made my stay more enjoyable

Location was perfect beside all facilities and transportation services .staff were very friendly and helpful .

May be some renovations in the toilets will add more to the place . Exgend the food service time to after midnight will help also.

The location is great and the value of the property is cheaper compared with the other hotels

You need to order the breakfast and fix the time, otherwise if you go to eat your breakfast without informing them you have to wait for 20 minutes at least. The hotel is old and not as clean as the hotels in Istanbul but the staff are helpful and they try their best to keep everything organized. I was very busy during my trip to Istanbul and I only stayed there for sleeping at night. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. If you are searching for a luxury hotel this is definitely not yours however if you need a place to stay at night during the busy days out, this would work for you

The room was bigger than I expected. It was clean and I love the hotel staff. Everything was great. This is the best hotel I've stayed in so far. It is near transportation.

The staff is exceptional and very helpful. They offered another room because the electronic key of the first one was broken, brought breakfast to the room, and allowed me to check out later.

Firstly the staff at Vernazza Suites are friendly and helpful. There is limited English spoken, but enough.I stayed for four weeks as I had a project in Istanbul and the price was extremely good for that time.Breakfast was included, but it is basic and the same each day. Tea only.Interestingly they have a thriving lunch time trade with local office workers.The location is excellent in Şişli, with nearby access to the Metro and the Cevahir shopping centre (Migros is the supermarket you want, and it’s in here too). At the back corner of Cevahir is Plus Fitness gym. I joined for a month at half the price of the local prime hotels. Buy an Istanbul Kart (a card available at the metro stations - 130tl and then preload for 20tl for any journey - metro, ferry, tram, public conveniences 3tl)Old Istanbul just 4 stops south on the M2 from Şişli in front of Cevahir.The apartment was large and with a kitchen, but no utensils. These are very cheap to buy in local stores.Now for the less good bit - the hotel rooms are very run down and clearly unloved. They badly need updating, but I guess that is not going to happen. Carpets, wallpaper etc are tired. The bedding and towels are perfectly clean and reassuring.The cleaning staff do what they can, but I suspect it is hard for them to be motivated when management are clearly not investing.For me, as someone who is adaptable it was adequate.If you are staying for just one or two nights, or if you need things just right - it probably isn’t for you.So, I stayed there for a reason and it fulfilled my requirements.You will make your own judgement, and hopefully my review explains the conflicting reviews elsewhere and gives the whole picture.

Vernazza Penthouse is the best choice for accommodation at the core of the heart in Istanbul. It is really enormous, the beds are very comfortable and the location is top!

You should pay more attention of the hygiene of the apartment! This is the only thing that was a little bit disappointing and the reason that I don't give you 10.
