SKYBLUE İSTANBUL HOTEL

Location was amazing but gym and pool was not included as mentioned on website....besides that stay was pretty cool but again I wouldn't have stayed here if I'd known the gym or pool would not be included

The fitness center and pool was not included In total price. I wish they would tell customers that beforehand instead of being misleading

Nice room with large space and Great City View with glass walls from 2 sides

The smell was not the best, the bathroom was not clean enough

Location, staff and price. Free car park. Close to plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.

Amenities and size/lighting/ventilation of our bathroom in the Standard room. Also had an issue with water temperature. Checked other rooms, were fine. Also a bit of street noise.

The staff was very classy..

The bathroom smelled bad.. The elevator was broken and we had to walk up to the fourth floor. The internal phone was broken.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms.

Its not close to the metro station but you can easily get a taxi.

The front desk was attended by a gentleman who's name translates to "freedom". He was a very kind man, great to talk with explained history of Istanbul, places to see etc.The restaurant on site was DELICIOUS!

Two men behind reception were jovial and funny. Very nice people.

It’s not the cleanest. Area near it has limited food options.

Instead of taxi, I used Metro+ Bus to get to the hotel from the airport. The receptionist was friendly and very accommodating, I couldn't appreciate more for his help. I didn't get his name, it's the gentleman who has families members in the UK. I didn't expect much as I only planned to stay overnight to catch the early morning plane, but the room was actually spacious and clean, like an apartment. I had a very nice sleep. If I return back to Istanbul and staying longer next time, I am very likely to choose them again.

A strictly transit hotel for SAW Airport, surroundings are local with a few basic restaurants/bottle shops/ groceries. Not much English spoken in the neighbourhood. A simple comfortable room and clean showers just to spend the transit night, nothing fancy but it delivers for what it is. One primarily to get in and out promptly to Sabiha Airport.

Stench of cigarettes in the room, some broken lighting. Lighting in the room was on the dark side.

Clean and staff were very good.

Only the boiler didn’t work for me in the morning.

Easy, quick and welcoming check-in. Very spacious room. Tea, water, good towels - all that’s needed for a short and convenient stay.

The location was next to Sabiha Airport and due to my flight cancelation I choose Skyblue Hotel as it was very close to the airport, fit my requirements with reasonable price. Staff are welcomed and very supportive, one staff provided me with his charger to charge my mobile but I dont get his name, morning staff Ozgur Ozses was very pleased and supportive as well.

The room was spacious for everyone. Friendliness and willingness of the staff to find a solution to the problem encountered.

The room we originally got, on the first floor and on the main street side, was very noisy. Some of the bedding looked as if it had been used without being cleaned.

The hotel's convenient location and comprehensive amenities were complemented by the friendly and efficient staff. the room was really big
