Lack of amenities, lack of restaurant choices and meals

The location, room, cleanness, hotel staff are all excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location! The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Ms. Zeynep at reception gave me a warm welcome, assisted with an early check-in, and arranged an amazing, spacious, and very clean sea-view room. Although my stay was short, I was able to enjoy plenty of activities thanks to the hotel’s convenient location. Definitely the best place to stay on the Anatolian side. I will certainly come back!

The location is ideally situated for those seeking to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is conveniently located near a prominent shopping and restaurant street, as well as a scenic shore road with biking and running paths directly across the street.The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a diverse selection of dishes that were regularly replenished. We extended our stay for two weeks, eagerly anticipating each morning’s breakfast.The restaurant staff, particularly Irfan and Ozge, were exceptional.The reception desk staff, including Zeynep, Irem, Kaan, Can, Alperen, and others, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing assistance with all our needs.

It’s a beautiful old building with a superb location in Suadiye, walking distance to both everything on Baghdad Avenue and the seaside. We had a free room upgrade to rooms had a sea view. The breakfast buffet was decent (despite being crowded). The staff were kind and the rooms were clean.

The only thing that bothered me was that I overheard someone else negotiating the room prices at the reception as we were checking out and it was much lower (almost half) of what we paid through booking.com. I understand room prices can differ depending on the room but given this was a weekend and they had just left breakfast, I can’t help myself but wonder.

The Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, but had a lot of missing items. Breakfast is ok. Location is the winner for sure.

- Rooms doesn't have safety box.- In 2008 I stayed at the same hotel and my issue was the air conditioning not working properly. Fast forward to 2025, and the I had the same issue, it doesn't cool the room, nor make it warm! Plus it is so loud.- The property listing mentioning a Fitness area, however, I had to pay almost 20 Euros per day to access it! and when I was comparing hotels, fitness area was the main reason to book at this hotel!- Sorry to mention that but some people were bringing escorts and I had to bare with the noises till they left the room!

We loved the excellent breakfast, the perfect location, the welcoming atmosphere, the spotless cleanliness, and the attentive staff, overall, it had everything a traveler could ask for and was incredibly convenient.

There’s really nothing I can comment on, everything was just great.

- 1/ Not clean, and I took pictures of the yellow stains on the blanket.- 2/ The air conditioner doesn't cool.- 3/ The furniture is old.- 4/ Unpleasant and disturbing smell from the bathroom.

The location was great. The breakfast tasty and fresh. The room was specious. Polite and kind staff

The bed duvet was not ready with sheet. It was in the wardrobe. The toilet need deep cleaning with special materials. Although it was very clean and neat.

Location is amazing. Easy to commute top attractions. Sea View is great without any obstacles in front of you. Great staff at reception and room services.

Suadiye is my favorite neigbourhood and Suadiye Otel is the best place to stay. Boutique and cozy place. They are very helpful on early check-in, these days its hard to find that kind of hotel let you in earlier

Almost everything was great. Very welcoming and the greatest location and the perfect view of the sea and the islands. I'd like to stay again.

You can smell the smoking when you enter the room. Probably from the times smoking in the room was allowed years years ago and the smell stayed in the room.

Location is great ?

Bed is not comfortable at all. Mattress is caved towards the center of the bed.

Nicely located in the Asian part of Istanbul, walking distance from the lively Bigdad street, close to Metro and Bus lines, also to the Postanci ferry port that can take you to the princess' island. The room was average size, clean. Good value for money.

The team willing to help varies according to the person. While a wonderful lady helped me having a meeting room to make an important Zoom call, another front desk young man didn't seem very willing to help, maybe because of a language barrier.
