Green Garden Istanbul Hotel

All's good.

There are no hooks for clothes near the door. Tramples for clothes are located right above the table, it's very inconvenient.

Pleasant

Wash room exhaust fan was not working during my 6 nights Stay. Although problem was reported on the day first.

Location

Bugs / insects in the morning after turning the light on. Also blood droplets on a pillow cover.

Good location near bus stop, havaist stop and metro. A comfortable bed and clean place. One day found a small lizard on the floor - really cute?? Polite and helpful stuff. Near several exchanges, where exchange rates better than in airport, but worse than in Laleli or the Grand Bazaar.

Haven't any cleaning (no need), but even don't take a garbage from the room - for seven days it's too long. Dispenser of toilet paper tears it into small pieces.

Everything was clean in the first day we came

We find everything clean in first day we came but after that No one came to change the sheets, no one cleaned the bathroom, they didn't even bring toilet paper and didn't take the trash away for 5 days while I was there

actually I stay in green garden hotel for 2 weeks for business trip. it's very clean though the room is not very big. located at a busy street, near the metro station.

Very nice from the staff to the location and cleaning. Everything is perfect.

Great location, easy for take transportation from airport and to city and valuable cost.

Bathroom not good clean and why hotel not provided blanket in the room ?

Staff is very helpful, kind, responding all question adequately.

The bedroom is very clean and neat, you can find everything you need around the hotel. The staff member is very kind.

The groundfloor bedroom is so noisy, people coming in and out of the reception i couldn't sleep.

The location

Despite they said they had parking, it was no parking. You could park on the street if you had the chance to find a spot. Eventually, we parked in a private parking, were they asked 10 Euros for 12h and they did not give any ticket, although it was safely kept. When they showed us the rooms, in one of them we found a little lizard. The host just indicated to pick up another room. The batteries of the remote control for the AC were discharged. The WC was not that clean, and the bedsheets the same. The lights in the bathroom were flickering.

Near the subway and bus.

Far from the center of Istanbul. Better hotel can be booked.

Cheap

Small room, not clean, old furniture , bad beds

Good hotel with easy access to public transportation, including an express bus to the airport IST. There are lots of shops and cafes in a stone's throw. My room had everything you need for a short-term stay. Very friendly staff.

I'd say that the walls are rather thin. It might be a problem if you have noisy neighbours. Another problem — mosquitos. In my room, there was no net on the windows and every night I had a few blood-sucking visitors.

Location, staff

The walls should be painted;there was a mold in the shower cabin;the was no additional light for the night time;there was not coffee machine mentioned in description; There were many defects on the floor, furniture, etc.

Location is good, several shops, restaurants and coffee shops around.

-The bedsheets are very very dirty. They didn't clean it for a such a long time ! Even when I asked to clean the room again, but still, they didn't change the bedsheets!!!!!!! - Stuff where not so friendly :(

Bad

Very small room. Very small bed. I paid for deluxe room for 3 persons, but room was with one bed.

Great location, the fact that this hotel is a stand-alone building in a very busy neighborhood is also a plus and adds to its soundproofing. We only stayed there for one night, but the bed was comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like cigarettes and if you’re sensible to it, be aware. Although the bed was tidy, the overall room condition could’ve been better

it was clean and near the restaurants and marketsthe public transportation such as metro was so close

it was a little far from the city center but the metro and the busses was so close to gthe hotel

staff were amazing and friendly and helpful
