The process to check in and check out at the hotel counter is excellent.

The fare for the taxi to airport is too expensive, the desk officer should contact only good and honour driver to take the passenger.

The size of room and heating

the manager and the person on reception were very rude and asked for more money.they didnt understand the situation and just asked for more rent.

The staff members throughout were very rude didn’t understand the situation just focus on money no manners how to talk never recommended

I really liked the property! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment looked exactly like the photos. However, it might be a bit difficult to find if it’s your first time visiting.

My experience with the taxi service they offer was one of the worst for me. It was very early for flights to the airport, and when we gave the driver 50€, he wanted to keep the money without giving us any change. At first, when I mentioned the agreement with the hotel owner, he pretended not to speak English and tried to leave without returning our money. He didn't want to accept less money when I offered it because I needed to pay 35€ but he wanted 50 like I am in limousine. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

The person who met from reception was really nice and very helpful. And person who clean our room did fantastic work.

The place bit old but they trying to maintain as much as they can. Need to upgrade.

Great location close to all historical monuments and restaurants. Good size room. Friendly staff. Good value about 30% cheaper than next property in the area. Bed sheets were changed every day. Fast Wifi. Had a kettle and smalll fridge in the room, Airconditioned.

Very dirty moldy shower and toilet. Toilet sit was comming off the wall, shower holder was broken. Bed base was broken. Duvet had no cover. There was dust and grime in many places in the room and shower/toilet room. receptin staff was only availalble between 08:00 and 18:00. There are no dark curtains so room is lit from street light at night.

Location was great and especially Hotel owner Mr. Adem very nice person. I recommended 100% to booked Hotel Estambul?

Location is great.People on check in desk are really nice.Our Check in was at 14:30 but they let us early because our flight.Room was really warm.

The room is very old, it is not like in the pictures.On bathroom wall is giant hole, maybe instead ventilation? :D Towels and bed sheets are clean, but they have stains all over them. The ceiling is peeling off, and there is mold in the rooms. Terrace door is broken.

Cam and quiet, budget friendly and neat.

The listing of this property is misleading, every listed bedroom type says it has a “sea view” and “monument view” however this isn’t true. When we arrived and our room wasn’t what we expected (had a view of neither), we tried to discuss this with the owner, who was unsympathetic and didn’t understand that the listing is incorrectly advertised. After much discussion we were able to upgrade to the room we thought we had booked, but for an extra price (the owner tried to get us to pay 80€ for the room upgrade, which was much more than what it would have costed to pay for this room on booking.com). Overall it felt dishonest and the owner no effort made to rectify the situation. Unfortunately the faculties are fairly run down - many things broken, TV doesn’t work, air con cover needed to be taped on, shower head mount broken, toilet roll holder broken, bed base broken, etc.This property is a great location and overall is okay for the price paid, but it could be great with a bit more care and attention, and if the owner changed the listing descriptions to be accurate.

Great stay! Clean, with good facilities. Free tea and coffee and free filtered water available downstairs. Plus a kettle in the room.The staff were really lovely. They gave us a great welcome and lots of good tips for seeing the city.Very well located. Maybe a 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque.

Sustain: The staff exceeded expectations. The owner was committed and whiling to assist whenever possible. I felt very welcome and will love to go back anytime of the day.Improves: Needs a new bed replacement, wall painting, Hookah as an option, Smart TV and a modern wall frame .

located in a nice surrounding, big room, well equipped, both stairs and elevator are avalable , incredible terrase with table and chairs with a view to town and sea

We were with a family with a small child, so the room was quite cramped. At this time it was very hot and the air conditioning was not working well. But overall not bad for a couple of days. Very central location, Adem very helpful in every possible way

I liked the owner most.The location was beautiful, Lots of restaurants besides,blue mosque,Grand Bazar,Top kapi Palace,Hagia shophia also in walking distance.

It was close to all visit spots. It was a very good location. Service was very good and they provided everything that we needed.Own is very friendly.

There was nothing like break fast

The Air conditioning was not working so it will be good they fixed it and also the their television too was not working

The location of the property is very good for those who want to visit the old town of Istanbul. The owner and the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. They helped me with parking the car very close in a safe place.

The shower was molded, but the rest of the bathroom was ok.
