Best Town Hotel

Breakfast was wonderful! They had so many great dishes to choose from. The room was comfortable, but we could not figure out how to sleep under the sheets, but we managed to make do. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Clean, beautiful room, great location, great breakfast.

Parking wasn’t part of the hotel property. It was some private parking that wasn’t properly marked and fenced. Some random guy showed up and said that he need to take our car key because there is no space, so that he can move our car if needed. We received no paper, no invoice, nothing. He only said “no worries” and that’s it. We picked up the car 20 minutes later, and there was some other guy who didn’t even know who we are and which car was ours, so we basically could take any car key that was in the box (he said “pick the key”). Highly unprofessional. All keys were in the tourist agency, next to the parking, which is not related to the hotel. It is better to say that hotel doesn’t have parking, than to call this a hotel parking.

Level of cleanliness was normal. Normal breakfast. Great location, 15min walk distance from top sightseeings.

Strategically located and very near to the tram station, room very clean and quiet (no much noise from outside) and good breakfast

Not much facilities like gym or spa

The hotel was basic and old and could do with some repairs and renovations. But the room was comfortable, the bathroom clean.Staff friendly. Breakfast mediocre at best.

The location is close to the metro station, in the middle of the city. The staff are friendly.

There is no housekeeping, no refill of shampoo, no change of towel, no refill of water.There was a day where my door was opened by someone else when I was outside the hotel. Luckily nothing was missing.

Great location, very good staff and nice breakfast

We loved the location, close to transit and walking to sights. The room was very princess looking, which was fun and had a balcony. Breakfast had choices for everyone. Reception was friendly and accommodating.

The shower had mold, and the one bed didn’t have support underneath the mattress. Regardless of this we slept well and found it to be quite quiet.

Our room was so lovely we was very comfortable! The staff was very nice shout out to Abdul Rehman and Ahmed and all staff were amazing!

BEST TOWN HOTEL was the greatest experience staying there and the greatest staff I have ever met especially Arkan. If you are going to travel to Istanbul, this is the best hotel in the best location in Sirkeci Istanbul, close to everything. Thank you BEST TOWN HOTEL staff

The hotel is in a great location.There is tram and marmaray station nearby.The room is clean and they clean it everyday.The food selection is ok,ther is something for everyone.The only thing that bothered me were the creaky beds.The hotel is quite decend for this price. Recomanded.

Location is ok

room was not dirty but window view was on roof with garbage. Literally u step on the roof with garbage . Is not view I mean there is no balcony when u open the door u step on roof. Breakfast place is u sit on the top of each other , all is made with bad quality ( furniture) but can’t say it was dirty !

Excellent location: through Gulhane Park with parrots and herons in the trees you can go to the sea (to the left) and to Sultanahmet (to the right); there are many shops and cafes on the street nearby; not far from the Galata Bridge, the Eminonu piers and the spice market. Friendly staff, especially Abdul Rahman, who was concerned about our stay at the hotel; 24-hour reception; elevator; external fire escape. Normal breakfasts. A very pleasant modest maid does daily cleaning, water is brought to the room daily. The room has a small refrigerator, a kettle, cups and a set of tea-coffee-sugar, soap and shampoo, slippers. Comfortable beds, very warm. Keep in mind that the water is very ! dries the skin and you will need moisturizers for the body and hair.

There were some shortcomings in the room, such as a non-working socket for the kettle and no door in the shower. I missed local lighting near the bed.

It’s in the city centre near all trams. You can go easily anywhere. Most of the staff are professional, they did their best to help. Room is spacious compared to usual rooms in Istanbul. Breakfast is ok. I enjoyed mostly the hot food.

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property is that the toilet has a nasty smell especially in the morning but that’s because the building is kinda old.

Very unpleasant.

The room was too small for us- we were a family of three. Breakfast was scarce, room was very noisy, close to the street where music and noise was up to 1am. The room was fifty, smelly, not large at all. Staff was not helpful, it was difficult to communicate in English.

Friendly and helpful staff and welcome, we enjoyed our stay here and the room was quiet and comfortable. Thank you very much Abd Alrahman for all help to find taxi in the morning when all they way was closed (best staff)

The location is perfect for visiting the old Istanbul and the Taksim square and also for shopping. The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and rich. The room is very clean, the bed is confortable and the towels were very good.

There is a slight smell in the bathroom, but with the daily cleaning it goes away fast.

The location is very good near to the metro and the staff were very helpful especially Abdul Rehman.
