GLK PREMIER Regency Suites & Spa

Excellent Servic, outstanding cleanliness and superb location

Location and staff

Rooms could be a bit bigger for a family

The room was fantastic with a very nice bathroom and decorated very plushly.

The location is in the touristy part of town. Unfortunately, as soon as you walk out of the hotel you are barraged by locals trying to sell you food, carpets, and lanterns. Even after walking past them the 100th time, they still annoy you.

Everything

You guys lying about everything

The GLK Premier was wonderful. Excellent location for walking to all the major attractions, excellent restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

No negatives for this hotel.

We love the location. We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends in 2012 and chose to stay here again with family.

Everything was fine.

Location location. Short walk to all of the major attractions

It is located on a busy street full of restaurants so it can be noisy but the room was very quiet.

Central for most of the attractions, can stroll at night to blue mosque area. Staff very helpful, polite. Breakfast ice and fresh and give you Aggie start or the day. All nice but specially Najatti at reception and hussain at breakfast bar.Defiantly will come back

Great location, many restaurants with delicious cuisine, easy walk to all historical sites, super staff, inexpensive and great laundry service. Amazing view from our balcony!!

Some hawking on street

Location is perfect to get easy to the main highlights of the city. All staff were very friendly and helpful.Daily cleaning was perfect!

The neighbourhood is noisy and rooms are not completely soundproof, so some days we could hear the music until 1-2am.

The staff was super helpful especially Hudaverdi and Huseyin. They made our stay with kids comfortable. We got the trips organised right from reception desk.

The breakfast options could be better. Other hotels offer more continental options and fresher food.

The location was ideal for sightseeing and going out to eat in the evening. It’s ideally situated near most of the major attractions, being only a few minutes walk from these. There are many restaurants close by, so eating in the evenings was very easy without having to travel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. They were also efficient in printing off paperwork we needed in order to fly home, and for arranging our pre-flight PCR tests. This saved us a lot of time and effort.

We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel.

Their staff were super friendly and they did everything they could to help us out, they even scheduled our appointment to get the PCR test at the hotel. I highly recommend this place. Location is great and there are plenty of restaurants on that same street, and even a grocery store next to the hotel.

will stay again for my next trip at Istanbul

The staff went always the extra mile to satisfy any of our requests and they did so always with a smile on their face. Nothing was too much effort and they were super helpful on helping use organise the details of an unforgetable weekend!

Nothing really, everything was great.
