The usual, clean and location.

Language barrier, I had to use translation apps a lot.

It's a small charming hotel. Everything is new and super clean. Exactly as on the pictures. Beds, pillows are comfortable. Very bright room and bathroom. I like it when there is enough light in the room. Stuff is friendly. The location of this hotel is amazing as it is close to all attractions and T1 line.

Magnificent service and good location. Every time when I come back to lobby the staff always asks me if I like to have something to drink or snacks? And that is free. Instead of looking for cafe near the tourist hotspots I always come back to hotel lobby. And their cat is so cute. The young staffs there hinted me the route to the airport which google map does not show and secured with subway instead of bus as I worried about the traffic.

I know my room is for single, but no table makes it a bit difficult. However I spent time in lobby instead.

Comfortable, quiet, excellent location close to numerous restaurants, tourist locations, and the Marmaray train. Excellent staff, bang for buck. Will stay here again, definitely.

Perfect spot, extremely friendly owners and staff

There was quite a bit of street noise but ultimately, it’s unavoidable in a busy city like Istanbul

Central location and still a quiet place! The best asset of the hotel is its staff, professional and warm, friendly and helpful, always giving that extra help, looking after the guests satisfaction in first place.

This hotel is a lovely place to stay in Istanbul, very conveniently located, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Nice contemporary design, and friendly staff.

The shower was a minor issue, as the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

Everything was perfect! The reception staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling and kind. They offered us tea in the morning and evening and assisted us whenever we needed help. Honestly, I would return just for their amazing service.The rooms were well-furnished and well-equipped. While they weren't very large, they were perfect for a small family with a baby. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were well-insulated. We felt at home, with a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere.As for the location, it’s simply excellent—very close to the Sultanahmet center and also near the marina. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the tram, and everything you might need is nearby.Dear good people, Thanks a lot for making such an effort for your visitors, for your all-encompassing smile.A must-visit and a place to revisit! I won’t look for any other address in Istanbul.

This is a jewel of a hotel, located on a quiet street right in the middle of the historical city. It has all the amenities and is within a short walking distance of the major sites. It is a family-owned business and you can tell the love and care that the owners lavish on every detail. When you go, please ask to meet the cat Pamuk!

The room was clean with a lot of light. Furniture looks pretty new. We were quite surprised to find slippers! AC was good enough to make the whole room warm. Administrators were friendly and nice to us. Each time we saw them we were offered hot drinks. Though there was no breakfast included, we'd rather stay here again, because there are a lot of good places around where a person can have a breakfast.

The staff was very welcoming and the location of the hotel was fantastic because it’s very close to all historical sites and tourism locations in Sirkge area

The building is small. The rooms are a bit small. The windows aren’t soundproof and air conditioning system need improvement.

It looks like a newly renovated place. It was a beautiful place! The ppl at the front desk were also very nice. Super well located too!

The room is a bit small. It was good for one person but for two ppl, it might be too tight. Make sure to check the size of the room.

Kayra at the reception desk was fabulous. So helpful, insightful, and patient. The location is perfect. On a side street between the touristy spots of Sultanhemet but blocks away from Eminou. Everything is so ideal to get to from this location. Really enjoyed the location and experience.

Cleaning cart is in view but not a big deal.

Recently renovated, clean, close to the most important attractions. Very kind staff. Daily cleaning and towel change. They also arranged the transfer from the airport and back.

Everything was perfect. Hotel is very comfortable and nice. In perfect position, everything is so close. We felt like home, everybody who work there are so lovely, nice, kind and they were there for us if we needed any help. Rooms are very clean, and cleaning lady every day took care of all details. Also wifi works great. We are so happy to that we stayed at this hotel, we reccomend it to all other guests, and we will definitely come back again.
