The hotel claimed they were 4starts hotel, it looks nothing like 4 stars, I would barely give it a 1 star. Room was smelling smoky and disgusting, the shower was broken, i asked the staff for help they said they don’t have an alternative room, i called booking to fix the problem, i was able to get an alternative room with a hut tub next to the bed and it smelled like a toilet. Plus the pillows were very uncomfortable. Very poor experience and didn’t meet the expectations

The hotel is absolutely terrible; there’s nothing good about it.

Dirty and noisy, with missing light switches, holes in the walls, a broken shower, and a terrible smell of tobacco.

Room was okay. Nothing to remember or nothing extraordinary. Close proximity to the airport.

Staff were robotic. They answered the questions but lacked professionalism.

The main Door for the room started to make noise during my sleep time (at around 12 midnight) . Noise never stopped, I had to change the room. Hotel is not 10 minutes from the airport as this was told in the advert. Hotel is 1 hour walking distance. Or use a taxi which will add to the bill.

Good location. Nice size apartment.Nice local shops and restaurants.

No room service. Asked for an extra pilow but never responded to.

- The location is less than 2km from Airport, lots of shops which came in handy looking for a charger.- My room had a jacuzzi unfortunately didn't get to use it as it was a layover.- The AC was working which was really needed because of cold- Massive sized room for the price, corner bedroom two views of City

The lift was working when i arrived and then was out of service in the morning. Had to carry heavy luggage downstairs. Guess better than carrying luggage upstairs (these things happen)- either the jacuzzi area or one of the room had sewage problem, slight smell of stale water

Very good location, helpful reception, especially the girl with bright make up (don’t remember the name), I needed early check in and late check out and she calculated all by hours giving good price and I had good rest without any disturbance. Clean soft linen, supermarket just across the road, fresh bakery next door.

10 minutes to metro or taxi cost less than 2usd to the airport.

Was very close to the saw Istanbul airport and nice Restaurant was just round the corner all the necessary Was very close the staff was very friendly and professional And helpful. I will just suggest to improve the bathroom area and the stairs because the strip on the stairs was lose and any body can trip over on them the ret of everything was fantastic I will staying there again if I get chance .

This hotel is nothing short of a scam. We got it for pure convenience as we arrived late at night in the airport.Here is a summary of how awful this place truly is.- We arrived at 2am as discussed upon entry there was even a bad smell at reception. This got even worse as we entered our bedroom. It was clearly coming for the toilet. - The toilet itself was leaking water. The toilet seat would not even open and the entire areas was not clean. We avoided use as much possible. - In the bedroom the floor was dirty but worse of all these was various hairs found in the bed sheets. It is clear that this room was not clean at all for our arrival/stay. It was so vile we covered our bodies as much as possible when we slept to avoid touching surface. We would of simply walked out if we wasn't so late at night -To add to this awful experience at 9am in the morning a member of staff nurse into our door without knowing. Checking out time was not till 12 we got a huge fright. We asked what in earth was going on an we were told the room was dirty and needed to be cleaned. This simply just reinforced for us what we already knew, the room was not cleaned for us.After this within minutes we decided to leave the place as we couldn't stay there any longer. We checking out we told the receptionist and she was basically non responsive and didn't care. What a scam this place is.My partner and I travel alot and have stayed in much cheaper places and many hostels. This is one of the worst places we have stayed in ever.AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS !!

Disappointing

Dear Sirs.The confirmation from Booking states that the total price I pay at the hotel includes all possible taxes and fees.And in confirmation it states that the total cost is 57.46 euros. However, 65.02 euros were debited from my bank card. Please refund me the difference of 7.56 euros that was erroneously debited from my card.
