Mari Suites Hotel

Deluxe Room was big and nice.

Standard room was old style. If you Lay down on the bed no way to watch the TV the bed facing to the other side and the TV facing somewhere else. Don't know how's gonna works like this .

There was car valet in the hotel.

Rooms are much more smaller than what shown on the pictures. Breakfast included but everything cost extras, if you order eggs they request extra money, not proper. Corridors looks like a collage student dormitory. Stuff was good in general except when we arrived I requested scissor to cut plastic wrapping of our luggages, he said there is only one and I have to bring it all to the lobby to cut it.

Suite was quite good size

SPA was Closed but my Booking was with SPA FOR 3 (one hour each)Resturant was not ready so they served Breakfast in the rooms

Everything was just perfect. Breakfast is tasty, room is big,clean and warm, comfortable bed also. The staff is friendly and helpful. We check in early after a long flight and we thank you very much for it. The offer a shuffle to metro station, very good service. We recomand 100%. For sure when we came back we stay here again!

Low quality services. The sofas are old and there is a lot of noise in the room, and the location is on a very steep hill.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and the restaurant's cuisine overall also. The rooms are clean and cleaned often. I would like to mention Gokhan and Muhammet for their professionalism and kindness.

On the 9th floor the rooms are a little bit noisy

Our stay was great, mainly because of the amazing staff. All the ladies working there were incredibly kind and generous. The breakfast was very sufficient and delicious, and the breakfast crew were hospitable, delightful, and super friendly. The housekeeping lady who cleaned our room, FADIME, was efficient and wonderful, many thanks to her.

The only issue we experienced was with the reception. The reception staff didn’t speak English and were not very helpful. The men at the front desk mostly sat chatting with each other, laughing, or going out for a smoke instead of assisting guests. The reception was not what you would expect in a 4-star hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection and everything freshly prepared. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made it suitable for both families and larger groups. It provided all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was the main drawback. To reach the bus stop, you need to climb a very steep hill with many stairs leading to the street above the hotel. The metro station is also uphill, with no proper pedestrian walkway, which made it challenging for us, especially since we were traveling with small children and elderly people. In addition, there was considerable street noise at night, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep.

Pros:- Friendly staff - New building - Parking was available on the street in front of the hotel - The food in the restaurant was delicious, and we received a complimentary pasta coupon - The metro station is conveniently located nearby

Cons:- The view from the terrace overlooks an old, dilapidated building - There is only one chair at the terrace table - Breakfast options were the same throughout our 7-day stay - Soundproofing was inadequate - On one occasion, we received a dirty towel (this may have been a rare coincidence) - The bathroom was stocked with only one roll of toilet paper; additional rolls must be requested if needed

The staff was truly wonderful, especially Furkan and Bugum at the reception, as well as the restaurant team — with special thanks to Tahir, Burak, and all the chefs for their excellent service and hospitality.

It was clean, staff was good specially Muhammad who dealt with us. They provided water bottles when needed. Staff was there to help. We didn’t use their other facilities so no idea.

Breakfast was ok and it was strange to pay addition premium for Eggs (omlets and half fry). Location was ok, for food, needs to go up (top of the hill).

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.The service was outstanding and all the staff were professional and friendly — especially Begim, who was exceptionally helpful and kind.The restaurant was great with delicious food, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.There is parking available, and the location is very convenient — just 1 km from public transport and metro stations, and around 10 km from the city center.Highly recommended, especially for families. I would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that we didn’t receive any assistance with our luggage during check-out, which would have been appreciated.

Nothing to report, everything was good!

We had the most delightful and comfortable stay ever, since we arrived to the hotel, Mr. Bilal was so helpful and too much cooperative, he showed us many room options and even upgraded our room without any extra fees.Our room was so comfortable and clean Hotel location is great, even they provide transportation to the metro station free of charge.We had so relaxing time in the spa, it was so private and quite.Many thanks to the great professional stuff specially Mehmet for extending our stay and making everything easy for us.And thanks again to Mr. Bilal for arranging our transportation to the airport in our last day.We really enjoyed every moment of our stay, it was our first time but for sure it will not be the last?

Cleanliness , good breakfast!

It definitely would have been recommendable if the staff showed some cooperation with regard to guest’s problems! We had a very important visitor, who we planned to receive him in our suite for a couple of hours since the hotel doesn’t have a lobby, but the staff didn’t allow our visitor to our suites!Late check in didn’t granted Sink and shower drain were slow!

Helpful Staff

The room came without a window. The walls are not soundproof and a lot of noise in the morning.

Free car parking with valet, rich buffet breakfast, à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.

Rooms are clean and comfy but not in superb condition; for example there can be too much draught on windy days.

The place is very clean. Walking distance to the metro station. Wonderful and attentive staff, comfortable and spacious room. We were lucky to get a room upgrade. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff, they are very cooperative and supportive.
