Nothing is best because the reception and management didn¿t meet the expectations of customer i have been checked 06 Rooms all of it was very dirty and no body monitoring the house keeping. Finally they canceled my reservation with out compensation.

All room was very dirty and toilet disgusting and the environment is invaluable for living at all.

I was very bad luck

The bed is very dirty and tissue and the staff doesn¿t speak English and the pool need 100 Turkich lira if you will try to visit i no clean need fee 30¿ if you want house keeping to clean your room and very bad smell comes from bathroom.

Location is far and nothing can be done by walking. Room service is the worst. ( Imagine ordering new bed sheet because i found it dirty when i checked in . And after 4 different calls with total waiting time of 5 hours . I went to the reception with the sheet and asked for the exact replacement. And more over 3 times they gave me the wrong sheets and no one is willing to replace it. Restaurant again . Asking for just a Cola took me 3 different calls for around 1 hour. And finally i went down to bring it my self. This is the worst experience I've had. And i will never come back here again.

Location is bad you cant walk anywhere and taxi drivers will rip you off.

There is very little to like.

The place is rundown and needs uplifting, sheets are filthy. Location is horrible. You are trapped by highways and there is no easy access to anything. Front desk staff really aren't helpful or knowledgeable.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The service was outstanding – I especially want to highlight Assistant Manager Vesile Kaya, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made a big difference.However, the only thing that I found a bit disappointing was the breakfast. Compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Turkey, the breakfast selection was quite limited. I was expecting more variety, especially knowing the high standards Turkish hotels usually offer in this area.Still, everything else about the hotel was excellent, and I definitely give it a 5-star rating. I would gladly return and recommend it to others visiting Istanbul.Thank you for the great hospitality!

The place is quiet and comfortable, the apartment is spacious, and the reception staff are very helpful, especially Mr. Can

The staff are accommodating from the reception to the housekeeping service, most especially JULIANA who kept the room tidy and clean. She was also ready to help and answer any questions regarding the facilities.

The location is far from the public transport. The hotel is best for people who want to stay far from the touristic areas. I suggest people rent a car or take taxi which are always available right outside the reception. I hope in the future they can provide shuttle service even just to mall of Istanbul.

The facility is exceptionally modern and spotless, with well-maintained common areas and guest rooms. As long-term travelers, we truly appreciated this much-needed retreat, which allowed us to catch up on laundry, get restful sleep, and stay active. The panoramic view from the gym made each workout enjoyable, and amenities such as the steam room, sauna, and pool added to the relaxing experience.We have not experienced better customer service during our three months of travel. For example, Vesile Kaya personally arranged our transportation, provided detailed driving directions, and made sure we understood how to use all the appliances. She also ensured we received any kitchen utensils we needed, which are available upon request. These thoughtful touches set the facility apart and made our stay exceptionally comfortable.As other reviews have noted, Istanbul traffic can be challenging. Fortunately, we found a grocery store and several inviting coffee shops within a one-mile radius, which made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable.

My stay at this hotel was really good. The property offered a beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were great — the pool was refreshing, and the gym was well-equipped and very nice.Breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to start the day right. The reception staff were especially helpful and welcoming, with Zeynep, Can, and Recep providing outstanding service throughout my stay.The bathrooms were modern and comfortable, adding to the overall quality of the accommodation.Overall, this hotel combined great amenities, attentive staff, and a wonderful view, making it a highly enjoyable stay.The location was also close to the Mall of Istanbul and only a few minutes away by taxi.

The hotel was so good it was clean, the only thing that I was wondering hotel was international but the staff didn’t know even understand English

At the first night they said you have deposits that you can get it at the last day on leaving time, but when we were leaving they said no you don’t have any refundable deposits and you have to receive it from booking.com

Building, staff and services are great. In particular Vesile, the accommodations manager was exceptional. She went out of her way to make sure everything I needed was done properly and promptly. I will definitely come back.

The location is not accessible by foot. You have to take a taxi to go anywhere. If you have a car is a bit better but the traffic to get there is insane most of the day.
