Great hotel, excellent staff and driven to give tourists best possible experience

The hotel was very pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, and everything felt clean and well cared for. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, with special appreciation to the front office team—especially Mr. Kemal, who was both helpful and genuinely kind. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options. We also had dinner at the hotel once and really enjoyed the food. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants, metro station, Tram and made getting around the city easy.

The room safe box was located very low inside the closet, which made it a bit difficult to use comfortably.

The common areas and room were nice and clean. Convenient location with easy access to airport buses. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast had good variety.

The hotel is Conveniently located near several dining spots and just minutes from Aksaray tram station. Our room’s door lock wasn’t working, but the staff kindly resolved the issue by offering us a room change without any hassle.

It’s hard to put into words, but the overall ambience felt a bit different from the typical Holiday Inn experience. That said, we still had a comfortable stay.

A good number of options in breakfast with a live counter for any egg item. Receptionist was always available and had all the answers.

Room was not cleaned properly everyday. Towels were changed but bedsheets were not changed if not explicitly advised. There was no heating available to heat the room at night so the room was very cold every morning. We were offered extra blankets but I prefer a warm room instead of warm bed especially when staying with a baby.

The location is really great. The tram is within walking distance, so too the Grand Bazaar. Rooms are small but comfortable and neat.

The gym needs a serious revamp.

Breakfast is very good, I was really impressed with the lay out, variety and quality of the food.

So it’s my first time in Istanbul and I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn, I wasn’t sure what to expect but TBH I had an excellent stay here at the hotel. We got an upgrade to the executive suite for free from the front desk manager Erdal. Not just that but he also gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for 4 days! That was the duration of our stay! The room was clean and housekeeping came and changed our towels, sheet and refreshed the bathroom every day. We got 5 bottles of complimentary water everyday. Also, the bus stop, tram and metro are only a 7 to 10 min walk from the hotel! Loads of restaurant options around as well.

Location was convenient. Short walk to old city and attractions. Front desk Staff were very helpful.

Too small room. Didn’t have hair conditioner.

The hotel had a great location, was very clean, and was close to the tram. The staff were very respectful, especially the reception staff Kemal, Deniz, and Osman, and the bar section Ozkan. Thank you to everyone?

I liked the location. It is a bit walk up the slope but this is how Istanbul is. It is close to the tram and metro station so it was ideal for us. Staff was also kind and polite. There is a mini supermarket in front of the hotel and a restaurant next to it and front of it. Overall it was a good experience.

Nothing as such. The shower area gets a bit slippery. Otherwise everything was good.

The location was great in terms of being relatively close to all the places we wanted to visit, but it was not a particularly nice part of town. Not that it was not safe. I felt perfectly safe at all times. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again.

The service was not good at all , the electricity gone at mid night and they shift us to the next room , which was not good location wise and the bed was too small . So overall the experience was not good at all.

The property was good but the staff is not professional at all even they don’t understand English properly

The hotel was clean and well-located. The staff were excellent, and the manager, Fatih, went above and beyond to help us.

The transparent toilet with no separation from the main room area whatsoever had no privacy at all, a terrible experience for a family

Great hotel to stay in! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they even extended my check-out time for couple hours and helped to call a taxi to the airport. Breakfasts were amazing, lots of options to choose from. Room was very good, clean and spacious, with a nice view. Nice neighborhood.

The room got a little cold at night, but that wasnt a problem for me.

cleaning needs to be improved and Towels need to be replaced, rooms in The 5 th floor is not well designed as rooms not the toilet, sealing is low, mirrors also, toilet design is not so good, food at the hotel is expensive.

Everything was perfect ! Especially the front desk young gentleman working the night shift, he pleasantly greeted us, helped us with all our questions and went all out to give us comfort while in a strange city to us. The other gentleman working the morning shift was also pleasant and helped with arranging taxis. AOL were polite. The spa personnel was good too. We had massages and it was reasonable priced and hygienic. Our room was a bit hot so we opened the windows during the night. It would be helpful to be able to adjust your own temp in the room during wintertime. The central heat system did not work for us. The beds were comfortable! And the service in restaurant was good. Overall a great stay in Istanbul. The location is a bit far from sultanahmed but the tramway is a 5 min walk. So it’s a decent and safe location. One stop away from grand bazaar. 15 min. To all the attractions by tramway. The room was clean and modern. We will definitely consider the hotel again when we return to Turkey.
