CIP HOTEL & SPA - Bakirkoy Istanbul City Center

The breakfast was very disappointing — the dining area was small, the food was repetitive and lacked variety.Honestly, the only good feature was the bathtub inside the room.Overall, it was a poor hotel experience.

It's very far from the city center, and it's not well connected to the means of transportation such as metro or tramway

Staff at the front desk 24/7 very attentive,fun,caring. I felt as a solo women traveler very safe.Right next to the Hotel is a grocery market.The location is great/safe for the value.

The girls who worked at the spa where careless, the spa was awfully dirty and the dry sauna had trash in it.When I asked about the women's locker, "they are used by the staff there for the guest couldn't use any "said" one of the stafff. Shower was full of staffs clothing(only one shower)I was planing to get a massage at first but the whole place at the spa was very neglected.

I booked this place for my friends. It turned out that the jackuzy is not working. The staff does not have enough English skills. It is a busy area, and even getting out of a taxi is almost a challenge.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming and pleasant and helpful, the view was nice, the room was clean, quite and respectful people

It looked nothing like the pictures, very run down.The bed was extremely hard to the extend that it felt like we had metal wire in our ribs.It wasn’t very clean! We changed hotels after one night.

Location was the only thing that I liked about the hotel

My experience at this hotel was honestly terrible. My room was extremely hot the entire stay, and the thermostat didn’t work at all. The staff can see your room temperature on their system, but even after calling multiple times, nothing was ever fixed. They kept saying they would adjust it, but the room stayed hot and uncomfortable.The smoke/heat detector in the room didn’t work, which is a huge safety issue. The Jacuzzi also wasn’t working, and I had to call several times just to get basic things addressed. I barely slept because of how uncomfortable the room was.Netflix didn’t work either, and even after reporting it, nothing was done. I didn’t feel like anyone cared about my comfort the entire stay. They didn’t offer a room change until literally the day before I was supposed to leave, which was pointless at that point.The only good thing I can say is that the location is convenient. Other than that, I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or properly maintained room.

The location is perfect for solo travelers with plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was good and had healthy items to choose .

We couldn't sleep at night, we could literally hear every sound from the other rooms,What is the purpose of a hotel if you can't sleep.The swimming pool was terrible. Dirty water, jacuzzi not working, staff were rude . (If swimming pool is important to you ,dont choose this hotel at all).Actually it is a 3 star hotel

SPA facility is not clean, it is leased by another company and staff was rude
