Good location, good prices and the staff are kind

Everything was just perfect, the cleanliness of the room and the staff was amazing. Bed was also very comfortable. Service was excellent, big thanks to the guy in the reception who helped me with my baggages.

Nothing bad about the hotel. İt is newly renovated

The location is a plus point. Just a walking distance from Galata tower and close to all the public transportation points. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Javiden, the Manager of the hotel who upgraded us to a bigger, more comfortable family room having 2 full size double beds and plenty of space.

Narrow, spiral staircase which can be a little bothersome for guests having large luggage. But in this case too, the hotel staff will proactively come forward to help haul the luggage up in case the allotted room is on the upper floors.

Room was very clean and staff is also nice. It worthy to stay with peraport hotel. I highly recommend people to choose peraport for their stay in Istanbul.

Every day cleaning the room. All facilities . Location

The position is very convenient, less than 10 minutes walk from Galata Tower, close to metro and tram stations. The room was big and the bed quite comfortable.

The room could've been cleaner (stained sheets, dust, etc.). There's no elevator, and it's four floors (it was okay for us since we only had backpacks, but it could be quite inconvenient if you have luggage). The shower was poorly functioning: low pressure and sometimes no warm water. I guess you get what you pay for, right? The guy at the front desk is super nice and always has a smile on his face, but he doesn't speak any English. He's always saying "yes" and "okay," making you think he understands, but he doesn't get what you're saying. If you need to communicate, you need to use a translator.

Location is perfect. Stuff is friendly and helpful , extending the stay was very smooth. Price is convenient.

Everything was clean and comfortable, but what really made my stay special was the staff. They were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Very clean, great location near Galata tower and various attractions. The staff are great and very friendly. They upgraded our room to a better one which was very kind and unexpected. The room was cleaned daily very well too. Highly recommend if you stay in Istanbul

Location: it’s hard to find the reception and on the hill. But it’s near to kadikoy ferry stop. It also has bus stop nearby, but the Istanbul buses are never really on time.Clean: it was clean.Noise: it was quiet.

Hard to find reception..

It was simple and clean, and very good price-quality ratio. The receptionist was extremely kind and let us leave or luggage before check in and after check out so that we could keep getting to know the city.

They don’t have elevator but they helped us with our luggage

Great hotel in a perfect location – just a short walk from Galata Tower and about 400 meters from the metro station. Most services and shops are available around the hotel, which made everything very convenient. The area is lively but still peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Its in a great location and the owner gave us a free upgrade without us even asking which honestly was brilliant as we have two small children and the extra space was very much appreciated!

The place was excellent both in terms of location and hospitality. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist in any way. I would like to especially thank Mr. Cavidan for the hospitality. I am considering choosing this hotel again for my next trip.

The location was close to the Galata tower and easy to get around

It was the smallest room ever.just enough to hold a double bed. The tv was right to the wardrobe. The bathroom was more spacious.our window was looking in a very narrow alley. And the entrance to the alley was quite sketchy at night.

Location is perfect and also new management and new stuff are very professional very kind and friendly
