Premist Hotels Taksim

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great for what we were looking for.

Showers need a bit more cleaning, but seems to be the standard for most places in Turkiye.

Location and staff.

There is a night club a few doors down that plays loud music until 5am every night. Needs a coat of paint, there were scuffs all over the walls and some stains on the carpet

The central location was good, but the fact that it was a walking street and we had to drag our luggage back and forth on arrival and departure in the rain was horrible. The staff were friendly.

The size of the room. The iron beams installed inside the room as scaffolding for an old building. The breakfast was below expectations. It's not a four-star hotel as ranked by Booking.com. It's at most a two-star hotel. The amenities listed in Booking.com are not there. The view from our room was a garbage dump between buildings, and when we asked for a larger room with a better view, the response was "You booked a Standard room", which sounded like we had booked a garbage dump.

Close to Taksim

Rooms were dirty, carpets had stains on them. It is very noisy outside. During the weekends you can’t sleep till 5am because of the night clubs. Cars can’t access this hotel, so they will drop you off few streets down. So it gets very difficult carrying suitcases around.

I liked the location simplicity

Water not available in reception and breakfast meal .. I mean it is something basic and should be offered out of hospitality, other than this all good and thank you so much

It’s our first time to visit Istanbul, we certainly love this place. When you get out from the hotel every thing you need is just outside the corner, from restaurants, Markets, shopping malls, to transportation like trains and buses and most especially the tourist spots. For us it’s the top most with reasonable budget friendly hotel with a class and amazing staff. We truly recommend this place❤️❤️❤️

everything was excellent, the area, the hotel workers, the breakfast. The attention to the customers, they were always for everything. If I return to Istanbul, I would choose this hotel again. I liked it very much.

The staff were very kind, polite, and always smiling. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just next to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, which made it super easy to access buses, taxis, and train stations to explore different parts of the city.

When we first arrived, we noticed that the minibar fridge in our room wasn’t working. Although I informed the reception, it took a couple of days and several reminders before it was replaced. Another issue was that the shower door was missing, so water splashed onto the bathroom floor after every shower, making it a bit slippery and unsafe. Lastly, the breakfast was the same every single day throughout our 12-day stay, with only slight variations. It became quite repetitive, so I’d suggest staying for a shorter period or having breakfast outside if you plan a longer stay.

Nothing. Basic and generally poor in all areas. Had to change rooms due to reasons below. Much smaller room. No refund for changing rooms. Second room aircon did not work.

Mold in the showers. Bedbugs. Extremely noisy rooms on road facing side. Impossible to sleep between very loud nightclubs just outside and garbage vehicles working and beeping through the night.

Next hotel are bar and pub, very noisy all night long until 6 am

The location was great on istiklal street .. the room was clean and the breakfast was not bad

We reserved and paid for a superior king room, but when we arrived they gave us a very small room. We asked the reception for the room that we reserved , they told us that they will upgrade the room in tow days maximum but no action has been made and we stayed in the small one for 7 nights .. It was so disappointing !! The photos shown on booking don't match the reality ??

It is next to the bar/resto and people are just so loud.

UNFORTUNALTY NOTHING. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE OR SUPPORTED AT ANY POINT DURING MY SHORT STAY. I checked in in the evening and left the room for a few hours. When I returned, it was clear someone had entered my room without permission. I reported this immediately, but the hotel denied that any staff had entered. Despite this, I received no explanation, no support, and no apology. I felt unsafe and left the hotel that night. After nearly a month, Booking.com has still not taken my complaint seriously.

It was very close to Taksim square

The rooms were not clean — dirty carpet, stained sheets, and an unpleasant smell. Breakfast had very few options. I was promised a refund for a cancelled room by the manager, but after two weeks and multiple follow-ups, they denied ever saying that. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Room size, Elevator, daily room cleaning, breakfast and location.

I had booked and requested 3 single beds; however, I was given 1 king size bed and 1 single bed.Street noise and no black out curtains.

The property was in a good location near to shops bars coffee shops and restaurants also plenty of historical places I booked a superior room with a balcony but when I arrived this was not available even though I had already paid I was given a very small standard room it wasn’t until the next day I was given a room that I paid for ( I have not been refunded for this) also on the website it is not clear that the balcony is not a open sit down one just a Juliette balcony but the room itself was large and clean the staff were lovely the breakfast fabulous

Getting to the property was difficult as taxis don’t go on the cobblestone road outside also be aware it is very noisy as it is in the heart of Taskim

The picture of the bed was king size and the actual bed was double! When I asked the front lady, she said usually the pictures do not represent the reality!!!! Such a weird answer!Not related to this hotel but: DO NOT GET A TAXI IN ISTANBUL BEFORE YOU FIX THE PRICE WITH THEM! I got scammed two times in two days!!
