- They gave us bigger room then one we reserved for the same money so we can't give exact opinion of our chosen room. Room was OK, everything worked - AC, hair dryer, one TV worked, mini bar, kettle. We have to stay in this hotel because of business obligation so we didn't spend time in a room. There are parking spots in front of hotel which was the most important thing for us to chose this hotel
- The decor was amazing, the facilities were clean and the customer service was very helpful
Cons -
- Location is not good for tourists. Stuff don't speak English which is a big minus. We wanted to go to the spa area but since nobody speaks English they couldn't give us information or price - too bad, we really needed relaxing after hard business day. Cleaning lady/man didn't clean our room and didn't change towels - also big minus. We couldn't sleep because of the noise in the loby made by stuff after 2 a.m. - very very inconsiderate from them.
