The location is okay.

The rooms are not clean at all, the housekeepers go inside like they change the sheets but the room remains the same, very dirty, hair everywhere, the bathroom smelled really bad.

The hotel is near everything taksim square is near. And the reception people are very polite and kind..and the suite is very comfortable to much space...I will make another visit sure..

Never ever go back there to stay

Bathroom's fusset was broken . Fridge was broken . I paid extra for room with city view and I did not get it for the first night . The room smelled horrible .

Breakfast was good and decent. Usually the same set of a variety of food choices with a change in one item from day to day.Room was very clean, neat and comfortable. Receptionists and staff were friendly and helpful.Free WiFi. Location was superb - a 1 minute walk to St Esprit Cathedral (a catholic church); a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop (Trt Istanbul Radyosu); a 5-minute walk to the Istanbul Congress Centre; and a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station, Taksim. The hotel is just off Cumhuriyet Caddesi (Street) a major street with many shops, restaurants and hotels. Makes for a delightful stroll and sightseeing. I recommend that you try the keebab restaurant just by the hotel's entrance. Their food options are varied and really nice.

1. Would have liked more and changing varieties of breakfast options.2. Towards the end of our stay, the air-conditioning was not working as effectively as in the beginning; but still okay.3. Though this is not peculiar to the hotel alone, we always encountered the heavy smell of cigarettes/tobacco in the lobby/reception area. Smoking seems to be like a culture in the city.

Good localization when it come about the fair ground (close to Hilton). Clean rooms with big living room space. Friendly stuff.

I recently stayed at Beyzas Hotels & Suites for a stopover before my trip to Europe, and I was extremely disappointed. While the location is convenient, the hotel itself was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was subpar, and there was no ramp to easily move suitcases to the main hall, which was a major inconvenience. Our room had no natural sunlight, making it feel dark and unwelcoming. Additionally, the safe box in our room was out of order, and despite asking the staff multiple times, they were unable to fix it during our two-night stay. Overall, a very poor experience, and I will not be returning to this hotel.

I like the spatial living room. The Kebap restaurant adjacent to the hotel sells cheap but good food.

The hotel is located on a small street that resembles an urban village. I arrived at the hotel at night, and during check-in, the reception told me that I hadn’t paid through Booking, even though my bank showed that the payment had been reserved. The front desk insisted that I pay in cash before they would give me a room, saying they would refund the cash if they received the Booking payment after midnight. Helpless, I had to pay the cash. When I went upstairs to boil water to drink, the warm water from the kitchen faucet was yellow and murky, while the cold water was colorless but unclear in quality. When I took a shower, the water pressure was unstable, fluctuating between strong and weak, with the temperature changing from hot to cold. There was only a thin towel blanket on the bed, so I had to turn up the air conditioning to stay warm. Just as I had fallen asleep, around 1 a.m., the room phone rang. It was the front desk, saying they hadn’t received the Booking payment and asked me to go downstairs to pay by credit card, promising to return the cash to me (since that was all the cash I had). After going downstairs and sorting it out, I didn’t get back to my room until around 1:30 a.m. I was woken up again in the middle of the night from the cold.On the second night, shortly after midnight, I saw that the payment on my bank card had gone through successfully. I went to the front desk to sort it out. The staff were polite and recorded the situation, and on the third day, they refunded the cash to me. However, I stayed for three nights and had to deal with payment issues late at night for two of them, which was extremely frustrating. Moreover, the facilities were really mediocre. Aside from the room being spacious, there were no other redeeming features.

I got upgrade to a bigger room free of charge. Internet is great. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is free of charge and nice.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and nice. Our rooms were comfortable and the AC was working perfectly.

It was located in a very busy neighbourhood so it was a bit loud during the night. The breakfast could have been better.

I highly recommend this hotel ,the location is near bus station,you can just walk to taksim square.the staff are really friendly .hygiene is great,bed are comfortable,I booked room with kitchen ,and we were really happy there ,room was super large with enough and nice closed .everything clean and comfy.but just small tips:for room with kitchen,i expected more kitchen stuff,but there was nothing,and we borrowed from hotel ,☺️it would be great and comfortable for family with kid to have some kitchen stuff .And also the breakfast was very good ?

Our room had a window facing a wall. For a reason had a lot of noise until late after 2am as the window was facing a wall in a common area very close to other rooms. Breakfast is basic. No upper bedsheet only a very light cover that was too small for two people

Breakfast can be better

The location is great, it's pretty close to Taksim square, as well as to Osmanbey (15min). Also there are many small supermarkets around and right in front of the hotel lies very cool kebab place. All employees were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was amazing but the cleanliness beforehand wasn't really an exception.

Keep in mind that some rooms don't have any view from the windows, although you may get a little sunlight. Key card to our room sometimes didn't work, so because we were on 5th floor we needed to go back down to reception for the guy to fix it, it wasn't a big deal but it was a quite annoying. Breakfast hours could have been a little longer and perhaps a bit more options at the table.

We stayed in the suite that could fit 4 people and came with a kitchenette. The hotel was surrounded by restaurants, mini markets and there's even a laundromat right across the street. More importantly, it's close to a bus stop that you can catch buses to go all over the city. The breakfast buffet was pretty simple but adequate with a pretty good coffee machine. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi on the morning of our check out and the one they called for us was great!

Sometimes, the power would just turn off and immediately turn back on. We didn't complain about it because of its briefness and we would forget to report this issue. The hotel was mostly nice but it has signs of aging such as a wobbly table in the room and a hair dryer that only works if you hold it a certain way.

I stayed at beyzas hotels for three nights during a my trip. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi.The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering excellent concierge service.I enjoyed breakfast each morning. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to public transport and major attractions.Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend a Hotel and look forward to returning.

We really loved it & enjoyed it very much. We loved the friendly staff .. Ahmed the most .. very helpful & cooperative & patient. Aly too was very helpful and cooperative. Supermarkets beside the hotel with cheap prices. Beside the hotel were 2 small restaurants with delicious Turkish food. We loved our stay and enjoyed every bit.

Breakfast was simple and nice but needs more variety & more hot dishes.
