Acacia Mansion Hotel

Location and staff. Very clean. Restaurant next door was good.

Rooms are small.

The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. I booked this for my Mom and she arrived early and since they had an available room they let her check in early in the morning which was extremely helpful as she had a red eye before.

This is our second stay and we will continue coming back because of the location and excellent staff!!!

It was close to the masjids

The transfer car they got us charged us $100 for the chair malfunction and then lied that he didn't get that amount. We were close to missing our flight and the hotel didn't help us sort it out.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect.

The staff were kind and friendly, the room was clean, and it was close to most of tourist attractions in that area.

Very nice people

The staff were very nice and location was great. Everything was like a 10 min walk away. The room was also comfortable even if it was a smaller space.

The hotel transport was not up to standard when coming from the airport. They never picked us up regardless of reservation. However the drive back to the airport was good.

Omer was the best host he always helped day or night with our planning, trip details it didn't matter what the issue he was there. Nori as well was always there to help with luggage and breakfast. Over all 10/10 service and hosts.

Location is absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond in every way, making our stay truly exceptional. The food was amazing — delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment we arrived from our late flight, Omar and his staff have been fantastic hosts. Accommodating our group with a very late supper, consistent excellent service, and advice on how to navigate the old town, Acacia Mansion has been great.

The location is close to the main objectives in the historic center. The staff is very kind, for guidance you can call with confidence. The restaurant offers quality services at decent prices.

The staff were very accommodating and very nice. I enjoyed breakfast. Included with my room in the location of the hotel is close to all the historic sites, and it was a good value.

The hotel needs to be freshened up a little, but otherwise, it was very clean and comfortable

Omer and Nuri were very helpful and nice during our stay. Everting was clean and perfect. Breakfast was lovely and just enough. Room was comfortable and clean.Definitely would come back again at our next visit in Istanbul.
