one of the worst experience

Location was good…near to lots of stores and Metro station

Room is very small. I was locked in at the toilet for almost 50 minutes, though the staff fixed it but no apology were offered.

I had a wonderful stay at The Buke Hotel and was truly satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and I especially want to express my gratitude to Mrs. Oya. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference and added a personal touch to the service.The room I stayed in was very clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was delicious, fresh, and offered a nice variety to choose from.Overall, I’m very thankful for the hospitality and care provided by everyone at The Buke Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Staff were really helpful and very attentive. Super selection at breakfast. Rooms spotless. Bedding and towels changed daily.I tram stop to Taksim Square , 2 stops to Galata Tower and Galata Port, 4 stops to Blue Mosque. Tram stop 5 minutes walk from hotel at Osmanbey.

Tv - Only one channel with English speaking programmes, the news channel.

The room was basic but nice. Shower was very good. Staff very friendly. No English speaking but that is never a problem for myself.

There was no bar which is a missed opportunity financially for the Hotel. I would have been happy to chill for a couple of hours with a beer or two maybe?The Breakfast was to be honest terrible. How can a Chef not be able to cook eggs/Omelette properly?Breakfast Staff were nice though.

Nice house keeping person, very cheerful and helpful.

Only two electrical plugs to use in the room. People these days have electronics to charge. When I asked the reception for one, I was told would have to buy something from the store to give me more access to plugs. I am only visiting here, why do I need to buy one so I can throw it away after I leave?Window was broken, hard to open and close. Smoke smell came from all over the place although it was a no smoking facility. People in next room were loud and fought late at night. As per the description, there was no coffee maker. No hot water for evening showers. There was no additional pillows or blankets available. Items in bathroom were broken.

The Humanities in the staff. I came and i had operation all of them helped from the first I have arrived. The man Israfreel helped and the girl at the resection language in English. The stuff at the restaurant. The cleaning ladies Kadryea and Rayheen helped me alot. Thank you for amazing service

All was good

Room was comfortable. Staff is very friendly and fullfilled our requests. Breakfast food was nice. Parking location is 5 min walk.

There was a hole in the shower cabin's ceiling driping water from the bathroom above. Not all staff members speak English. Coffee machine at breakfast makes instant coffee. There is no separate space in front of the hotel to park temporary for pick up / drop off luggage - you have to do it in the middle of the street.

The hotel was so nice modren and clean and the stuff was great especially narjes the receptionist ✌️✌️

Not clean at all the blanket too dirty caffe table too dirty also towels toilet floor doors , everything stained

Breakfast was nice

Staff was allowing themselves in my room throughout the night while I was sleeping!! Everytime I tried to catch them they would run out!! Reception was no help at all

At first they tried to give me another room, then they gave me the one I had booked but the room size was much smaller than what I had booked. I had a late checkout and until I showed it in the application, they did not confirm me on their own screen. There was no quality sound deadening between the rooms

Isolation is zero , you can hear the room behind and in the top . I couldn’t sleep .Room is small . They clean early morning and tgey are make noisy thefore i couldnt sleep very well.

The location is quite good and the room service and the breakfast were great.

The pillow was too hard and it made it really difficult to get a good rest. It would be great if there was at least a smaller softer pillow.

Location

Upon arrival I was given a room on the ground floor - close to reception area. Room was very loud - not possible to sleep. When I requested to change the room - the staff at the reception declined my demand and was very unhelpful and unfriendly. Next day I spoke with the manager of the hotel and he solved the situation- I was given a room at the 4 th floor.
